With our premium Titanium Exhaust System, Vandemon brings exotic craftsmanship to the 2020–2026 BMW S1000XR and M1000XR. Expertly crafted from the highest-grade Ti1 Japanese Titanium, this system features flawless welds and a precision fit engineered to elevate your riding experience. 

Please note: The OEM muffler is compatible with our header system on the M1000XR. However, due to a variance in OEM muffler mounting height, it is not compatible with the S1000XR. For the S1000XR, fitment requires the use of the Vandemon muffler.

APPEARANCE

The natural brushed titanium finish changes colour with heat exposure, creating vibrant hues of blue and gold along the exhaust system. Titanium’s superior resistance to acid, salt, and corrosion ensures it remains polished and vibrant without the need for maintenance. Additionally, it dissipates heat twice as fast as stainless steel, safeguarding surrounding components.

MANUFACTURE

Vandemon exhausts are crafted using a proprietary welding process that ensures ultrasonically perfect joints. Each weld features a consistent, overlapping fishbone pattern for strength and aesthetic appeal.

TUNING

This system includes a removable silencer. With the silencer installed, remapping the ECU is not required as the OEM mapping can handle minor adjustments. For optimal performance without the silencer, ECU remapping by a professional technician is recommended.
