First things first I've not had chance to install but I did open and make sure everything seemed okay and nothing broken the build of the windshield and the frame exceptionally sturdy looks and feels like quality. Customer service and experience is first class as well as the packaging of the product had It been damaged It would have been intentionally done the protection provided by the sender was greatly appreciated and done right.

No issues with order and was shipped pretty quick. GPR stabilizer mounts easy and works great, have one on both my YFZ 450r’s and wouldn’t race with out it.
Purchased for the Colorado BDR. This system is high quality, easy to fit to my bike (2017 BMW R1200GS) and provides enough capacity for all my gear. I opted for the larger 33 L duffel and the tent pole bag with two bottle holders.
The layout allows for easy packing and access to gear. Once strapped down the system stays in place.
I could have spent twice as much for a similar product that might be a tad bit better, however, since I only take two or three off road trips a year the Tusk system is highly recommended!

These fit like a glove and look oem. What makes these shine is you can take your luggage off in seconds without tools.
I just got my T7 and was going on a long trip and had to scramble to get luggage sorted. The racks arrived within 3 days and it took about an hour to install, double-checking everything and using blue Loc-tite on all hardware. I marked all the bolt heads to see if they were moving and everything stayed tight for the 1100 mile tour. This, and the Tusk crash bars, both fit perfectly and didn't need any filing or drilling by me to get it to fit. My brother is running a much more expensive system on his T7 and he had a heck of a time getting it installed.
Bought these with the Olympus Bags- Very easy install on 2022 KLR 650. directions and video were great. What they do not tell you when you buy the Olympus Bags with the Tusk Pannier Racks is the racks come with a set of Hardware for the Aluminum Panniers. The Olympus Bags come with their own plates you attach. The directions do not mention this so you start wondering what all these parts are for. After reviewing videos I finally figured out you do not use them at all. You can order the Aluminum Panniers and they will work on the Tusk Racks- Quick release but they are extra when ordered with the TUSK Olympus Bags and Tusk Rack as a package.
The racks are easy to install and lined up perfectly on 2022 KLR 650. Sturdy and holds Olympus Bags perfectly. I actually and thinking I may but the MED aluminum Panniers since I have the hardware and can switch out depending on trips I want to take.
I wish there was a notice in directions- IF You buy the Olympus Bags with Racks you do not need this set of hardware - would have saved me an hour trying to figure out.
VERY WELL PACKAGED WHEN ARRIVED. LOOK GOOD AND HAVE NICE FINISH. I ONLY HAD QNE PROBLEM AND IT WAS THE MOUNTING TAB AT THE RIGHT PEG WAS AGAINST THE EXHAUST PIPE. I HAVE A LEX EXHAUST SO THAT MAY HAVE SOMETHING TO DO WITH IT. I ENDED UP PUTTING 2 FLAT WASHER BETWEEN THE BRACKET AND THE FRAME TO CORRECT. LOOK AND FEEL SOLID AND ROBUST LIKE THEY COULD TAKE A GOOD HIT WITH NO PROBLEM.
I've seen and used a few different brand racks. These fit precisely and are of very good quality. Finish was also very good. The quick release makes the racks very easy to remove bags and they also have a locking bolt inside as a theft deterrent but also as a anti-rattle and security feature for off-road use.
The Tusk Pannier Racks are built well & are very sturdy. I have never had "after market" pannier racks before, always had pannier racks included with the previous machines I have owned. I can't compare them with other manufacturers but they were specifically made for my machine (1st Gen 2007 KLR 650). I am sure Tusk makes them for other machines but that's up to you to determine. The installation instructions were plain & simple & easy to follow. Just take your time. It took me about 2 hours to install them onto my KLR.

Very solid racks! Like another person said, leave all bolts loose until FULLY assembled. Then tighten everything.
Solid, square, perfect condition, & great engineering. Even extension pigtails to relocate turn signals. And large holes in bracket for aftermarket buddy pegs.
Zero problems here.

I bought this rack with the matching bags for my KTM Adventure 390. The fit is not exact - only 2 of the three bolt positions on each side fit properly but I was able to get the third bolts in well enough that each side is secure although there is still about a quarter inch of play in
those third points.
These racks do a great job of keeping the bags away from the bike and the look with the bags on is great. Once these racks are on though I suspect I never taking them off. I've had other racks with quick release attachments that i would have preferred but given the limited options for the KTM, the Tusk system is by far the best.

This is the second set I have purchased for different bikes. I would only purchase tusk pannier mounts. Quick detach of the bags, also with no bags they act like a crash bar.
These racks are great. I use the tusk soft bags with the mounting frame. Easy on and off. So durable. I have ridden on very tough terrain on my older bikes with these same racks. Now a third purchase and installation of these racks. They are the best system for the quality and price that I have seen in anyone's bike.
