Great Pants, for all kinds of rides and weather!

It's a comfortable pant most of the time. On really hot day's it's not the best, but still perfectly usable in 3 seasons. Knee pads and hip pads do not offer much protection, but are comfortable. Adjustability of the straps around the calves is very limited unfortunately. For me legs are also a bit too short for my size, and the cuffs roll up a bit, leaving it exposed to rain if im wearing shorter boots.

I recently got the Bogota Pro pants from Alpinestars, and overall I think they’re a really solid piece of gear. The material feels high quality and durable right away. They seem well-constructed, with good protection and ventilation, and you can tell they’re built for real riding conditions. The design is clean and functional, and they feel like they’ll hold up well over time. The only thing I would point out is the fit. They definitely run smaller than expected. I’d recommend considering going one size up, especially if you’re in between sizes or plan to layer underneath. Aside from the sizing, they’re great pants and I’m happy with the overall quality.
