The vest, fit and functionality are great. For dirt biking and ADV riding, this setup actually shifts the load so that it's not all on your back, and thus feels very light when riding. I use it in mild-cold weather, as as you'd expect it's not the kind of thing that allows full airflow on the front side. I use the MSR backpack in hot weather and run a tool belt....

Great Vest, can carry a lot of stuff. The phone pockets fit my Google Pixel 8 Pro, but very snug trying to get it in and out. The top pockets would occasionally catch my helmet when looking back while out on the trail, but nothing dangerous. The integrated toolkit bag is nice and fits all my tools. I like the included hyrdration pack. Everything felt evenly distributed. I've only worn it on one trail ride so far, it was about 65 degrees out so no experience with hot weather. It didn't seem to make me sweat any more than wearing my old Fly racing convertible chest deflector/backpack.

Great value for the price considering it comes with a 2 l hydration system n long straw. The concealed carry sleeve is a nice touch as well. Ample room for radio gear n cameras too. The added MSR tool bag is a huge bonus as well...it fits in my fender bag as well. The fit for my 225 lb body is loose n comfortable. It can easily hold an overnight change of clothing too.

This vest is a huge improvement over my backpack. The adjustable straps allow for a snug fit over dirt bike body armor and even over an ADV jacket. Being able to put items in the front allow for easy access as well as balancing out the weight of 3L of water. The magnetic hose clip works great. Included tool pouch with external and internal carry option works well.

My only complaints:
- Does not have great airflow for hot riding conditions, but I found this tolerable riding in 85+ temps.
- Zippers could be smoother, but still not a deal breaker for me.
- Top front pockets are perfect for an InReach MINI but there is not an optimum external location for a Giant Loop Tracker Packer or similar backpack tether.

This vest is awesome, I almost bought their competitors brand and I tried it on and was not impressed. I decided to save some money getting this one. The MSR vest is more comfortable and better in my opinion. I have worn it multiple times and the zippers are all super nice and it has a ton of pockets.
