The P3 Carbon Head Pipe Heat Shield is a solid addition to any four stroke motorcycle that needs protection for its header pipe and a shot of good looks in one go. Because they’re made from a carbon fiber / fiberglass composite, P3’s header guard is able to resist excessive heat and have exceptional strength.

And when paired with the accurate fitment and an extended amount of coverage the header gets versus a stock heat shield, these header pipe guards do a good job protecting against dents and dings. The heat shield can also help keep hot engine components away from your leg, keeping your expensive boots / pants from melting on hot exhaust.

The exterior facing surface is finished with a high-strength clear coat that lets the carbon fiber weave show through, and on the backside of the guard a special heat-resistant coating ensures the guard itself won’t get too hot.
