The new Rapid Bike EVO2 represents a significant advancement over the previous model, the Rapid Bike EVO. Thanks to a faster microprocessor, reduced size and weight, and the ability to modulate the signal in both Narrow Band and Wide Band, it offers improvements in terms of quality and reliability.
One of the main innovations is the intuitive APP manageable via smartphone. In addition to these new features, the Rapid Bike EVO2 retains all the advanced characteristics already present in the Rapid Bike EVO. The lambda sensor signal management ensures the fine-tuning of the exclusive auto-adaptive function: fuel mapping is automatically updated while riding the vehicle.
The injection map becomes a dynamic and flexible factor, perfectly adapting to changing weather conditions and driving styles. The most significant benefits occur at low and mid-range RPMs, correcting engine hesitations caused by increasingly strict anti-pollution regulations.
CUSTOMISABLE DRIVING MODES:

The most innovative aspect of the new Rapid Bike EVO2 is the ability to select 3 customizable riding modes via the APP, each with 20 intensity levels:
- Eco: reduced performance to promote significant fuel savings
- Touring: optimized for urban riding, offering a balance between performance and efficiency
- Sport: maximum power and performance for a sporty riding experience
Additionally, the diagnostic function has been introduced, useful for reading the main errors in the original ECU and possibly clearing them.
USE THE FULL POTENTIAL OF YOUR MOTORBIKE!
Rapid Bike EVO2 supports the electronic shifter (optional), multiple map management, RPM shifting (up to +1000 rpm), and the removal of the speed limiter. Additionally, on twin-cylinder engines equipped with two lambda sensors, it is possible to create a specific map and an auto-correction set for each cylinder.
The EVO control units are available in the new Exclusive kit: a more essential version, with a particularly attractive price, optimized for exclusive use on a specific motorcycle model (i.e., not reprogrammable for installation on other models). The updated list is available in the 'application list'.

YOUTUNE!
The installation of the YouTune controller allows you to activate and manage additional functions in real time, such as:
REAL-TIME MANAGEMENT of functions such as modifying parameters for self-remapping of injection, calibrating engine braking intervention, refining electronic shifter cut-off times (optional), and displaying a series of engine operating parameters
ENGINE BRAKING managed during deceleration to eliminate rear wheel hopping during hard braking and improve vehicle stability in corners
SPEED LIMITER through RPM control for a gradual management of engine power delivery

I just installed the Rapid Bike EVO2 kit on my 2024 Suzuki GSX-8R, and it's genuinely one of the most transformative upgrades I've made. The package arrived with a compact, modernized EVO2 ECU, a model-specific waterproof plug-and-play wiring harness, and crystal-clear instructions. The install was clean, seamless, and only took a couple of hours.
Right out of the gate, the difference is remarkable. The EVO2 features a faster microprocessor, a lighter and more refined chassis, and enhanced signal handling for both narrow-band and wide-band O₂ sensors. It’s a noticeable step up in both performance and reliability.
What stands out most is the auto-adaptive fueling feature—while riding, the ECU continuously refines fuel mapping using real-time data from your stock O₂ sensors. The throttle response in the low and mid-RPM ranges is silky smooth, and the bike adapts smartly to changing weather, elevation, or riding style.
Thanks to the smartphone app, dialing in your ride characteristics is intuitive and fun. The kit offers three ride modes—Eco, Touring, and Sport—each with up to 20 intensity levels. Whether I’m commuting, cruising, or hitting backroads, dialing in just the right throttle response is effortless.
And if precision control is what you're after, EVO2 doesn’t disappoint: it enables optional electronic shifter support, multi-map presets, increased RPM shifting (+1000 rpm), and even speed limiter deactivation. On twin-cylinder setups like the GSX-8R, the kit can also deliver per-cylinder tuning if the bike has dual lambda sensors.
I recently installed the Rapid Bike EVO2 kit on my 2024 Suzuki GSX‑8R, and it completely elevated my ride. The kit includes a compact EVO2 ECU, a model‑specific plug‑and‑play waterproof wiring harness, and crystal‑clear mounting instructions. Installation was fast, clean, and hassle-free—just the way I like it.
Smart, Adaptive Tuning
The EVO2 is a leap forward over its predecessor. It features a faster microprocessor, reduced size and weight, and improved signal modulation for both narrow-band and wide-band O₂ sensors—leading to better quality and reliability.
Most exciting is the auto-adaptive fuel mapping: it continuously adjusts the injection map on the fly while you ride, adapting to changes in weather, riding style, or altitude. The smoothness in the low- and mid‑RPM ranges is especially noticeable—hesitation is virtually eliminated.
App-Controlled Custom Modes
Connecting the kit to the smartphone app unlocked intuitive control. You get three customizable modes—Eco, Touring, and Sport—each with 20 intensity levels. Whether I’m optimizing fuel economy, commuting, or chasing those sporty lines, it takes just a few taps to tailor the ride to my mood.
Advanced Features for Enhanced Control
The EVO2 doesn’t stop at fuel tuning. It supports electronic shifter integration (optional), multiple map management, RPM shifting up to +1000 rpm, and even the removal of the speed limiter. On twin-cylinder bikes like the GSX‑8R, the kit can deliver per-cylinder tuning using data from dual lambda sensors—talk about precision!
And if you pair it with the optional YouTune controller, you can tweak things like engine braking, shift cut timing, and real-time engine data directly while riding.
I recently installed the Rapid Bike EVO2 kit on my 2024 Suzuki GSX‑8R, and the upgrade completely redefined the ride. The kit comes with a compact EVO2 ECU, a model-specific waterproof plug-and-play wiring harness, and clear, step-by-step mounting instructions—installation was quick and flawlessly clean.
From the moment I fired it up, the EVO2’s refinements were immediately noticeable. Equipped with a faster microprocessor and a lighter, more compact form factor, it better manages both narrow-band and wide-band O₂ sensor signals. The result: improved quality, performance, and reliability over the older EVO version.
What truly impresses is the auto‑adaptive fuel mapping. The EVO2 dynamically adjusts the injection maps mid-ride based on real-time lambda sensor feedback—maintaining smoother, more responsive throttle feel, especially in the low- and mid-RPM ranges. And no dyno or laptop needed—this tuning adapts as you ride
Control over ride feel is delightfully at your fingertips thanks to the smartphone app. You can switch between three customizable modes—Eco, Touring, Sport, each offering 20 intensity levels. Whether I’m easing through traffic, cruising town streets, or carving canyon turns, dialing in throttle response is instant and intuitive.
And the advanced features don't stop there. EVO2 supports optional electronic shifter integration, multiple map management, RPM shifting up to +1000 rpm, and even speed limiter removal. Plus, on twin-cylinder bikes like the GSX‑8R, it can auto-correct fueling on a per-cylinder basis if equipped with two lambda sensors.
I recently installed the Rapid Bike EVO2 tuning kit on my 2024 Suzuki GSX‑8R, and it’s hands-down one of the most satisfying upgrades I’ve done. From the moment it arrived—with its compact EVO2 ECU, model-specific plug-and-play waterproof wiring harness, and crystal-clear instructions—I knew I was in for something well-engineered.
Firing it up for the first time, I immediately noticed how effortlessly it adapts on the move. The EVO2 features agile modulation of both narrow-band and wide-band lambda signals, backed by a faster processor, a lighter build, and significant reliability improvements over the previous generation.
But the real standout is the auto-adaptive fueling—the ECU continuously updates the injection map mid-ride based on real-time O₂ sensor data, smoothing out throttle response in low and mid RPMs and intelligently shifting with changing conditions like altitude or weather.
Pairing through the smartphone app lets me pick from three ride modes—Eco, Touring, and Sport—each with 20 intensity levels. Whether I'm easing through traffic, commuting, or pushing for lean-angle in canyon corners, tuning the bike’s feel is effortless and in-the-moment.
The kit also unlocks advanced goodies—optional electronic shifter support, multiple map management, +1000 rpm shifting, and even speed limiter removal. On twin-cylinder engines like the GSX‑8R, EVO2 can auto-correct each cylinder individually thanks to dual-lambda sensor capability.
