CNC machined from billet aluminum. 100% Made in the USA! Huge weight savings- .65 lbs lighter than stock- weighs only .25lbs. Reduced rotating weight and improved response and acceleration. Finished with a sharp looking gold hard anodized finish. Comes pre-drilled and labeled 1-4 for torsional spring applications. May effect clutching and operating RPM. New 3 roller version now available! The additional roller reduces flex and reduces drag compared to the 2 roller setup. We have seen improved backshifting and more consistent operating rpms with this part over the 2 roller part. Requires a three roller helix- custom order only, see related items below.

Both the 2 and 3 roller versions are available with our R2 Rollers, Thust Washers, and E-Clips to make a complete drop-in assembly.

Fits TEAM TSS-04 driven clutch as used in Polaris consumer snowmobiles, Arctic Cat, Polaris, and Ski-Doo race sleds, and aftermarket applications. Our rollers are the original smaller .935" diameter which can be retrofitted in 2021+ Polaris consumer model snowmobiles to enable use of older style dual track helixes including all Speedwerx Lightweight Helixes. These are the same rollers supplied in our Hypershift Clutch Kits for the 2021+ Polaris, so you can order the 2 roller spring cup only for those machines if using in conjunction with our clutch kit. The 2 roller version can also be used with the larger OEM rollers if you wish to retain your stock single track helix on 2021+ Polaris consumer models.
