The Straightline Performance Polaris RMK, SKS, and Assault 850 Single Pipe Boondocking Clutch Kit is specifically calibrated for machines equipped with a Straightline Performance Single Pipe exhaust system and operated between sea level and 3,000 feet elevation. Featuring Straightline’s fully adjustable weight system, custom-designed low-elevation helix, and two performance-calibrated clutch springs, this package delivers stronger acceleration, improved throttle response, faster backshift, and exceptional deep snow performance.

The Straightline Performance Polaris RMK, SKS, and Assault 850 Single Pipe Boondocking Clutch Kit was developed specifically for riders operating a Straightline Performance Single Pipe exhaust system at elevations from sea level to 3,000 feet.

The Straightline Performance Single Pipe enhances horsepower and improves engine efficiency throughout the powerband. To fully capitalize on those gains, clutch calibration must be tailored specifically to the modified engine characteristics. This clutch package is engineered to maximize the performance benefits of the Straightline Single Pipe while delivering exceptional deep snow control and responsiveness.

At the core of the system is Straightline Performance’s proven fully adjustable weight kit. Designed to provide precise RPM control and exceptional tuning flexibility, the adjustable weights allow riders to fine-tune clutch calibration while maintaining peak engine performance. The result is stronger acceleration, improved throttle response, and more efficient power transfer in deep snow conditions.

The package also includes a custom-designed helix developed specifically for Polaris 850 models equipped with the Straightline Performance Single Pipe and operating at lower elevations. Extensive testing in technical mountain terrain and deep powder conditions resulted in a helix profile that improves clutch efficiency, enhances shift characteristics, and delivers aggressive backshift response when immediate power is needed.

Two custom-calibrated clutch springs complete the package. Carefully matched to the adjustable weights and helix, these springs improve clutch engagement, maintain consistent RPM control, and maximize overall clutch performance.

Unlike trail-focused clutch setups, this package is designed around deep snow riding and technical terrain. Riders will experience improved maneuverability, stronger low-end pull, quicker throttle response, and more predictable control when boondocking through trees, sidehilling steep terrain, or climbing technical features.

Every component has been tested together as a complete system to ensure reliability, consistency, and maximum performance in demanding backcountry conditions.
