Toce has not stopped innovating and updating on the FTR platform since it's original release over 4 years ago. After being coined the best performing system on the market by none other than tuner Ryan Randal, at Lloydz Garage. We wanted to be able to provide our customers with the benefits of a dyno proven and properly engineered full header assembly without having to run a can as aggressive as the Toce canisters are typically known for. Toce has recently redesigned the Full Header assembly, to not only be closer to true equal length, accomodate the sport model's chin spoiler (or anyone wanting to run it). But also provide additional ground clearence, than previous version already had. This system comes with an additional link pipe assembly that will allow customers to run our slipon, factory mufflers, or any other aftermarket slipon, to give their bike the benefits of a full race header, while allowing them to make their bike sound, and look exactly how they want. All systems also include the billet mounting bracket to ensure that the best possible fitment and quality from the upgrade is bar none.
Note that the updated header assembly will require the front headpipe to be removed during oil servicing.

Here is some information on our full system assemblies. Constructed of Chemically Certified 6061-T6 & 6063 Aircraft Grade Aluminum and loaded with a 304 stainless steel spiral welded perforated baffle assembly + ISW Packing. The FTR1200 Aftermarket Exhaust system from Toce Performance is not only weighs in at only 8.6 Pounds from the 22lbs factory system, it also increases ground clearance with the 2-1 equal length headers for those tight right-hand leans, but "is also the leading performing system on the market" - Ryan @ Lloydz Garage.

Made right here in Manchester, Connecticut USA- Toce Performance Precision CNC Bends the header assemblies, manufacturers all the billet components, and hand welds all of their units in-house.  When paired with the Lloydz Garage V6 ECU Flashing service, it completely opens the bike up to its true potential and increased drivability; while standing out from any other setup on the market.
