The 'BIG BORE' 2-to-1 Pro-Comp System features an innovative exhaust mount assembly, large-diameter tubing right out of the head down to our collector assembly and aluminum muffler housing that delivers our signature sound. An upgraded subframe assembly and bag support kit is also available. This system was dyno-tested and developed on our friend Ride Fish's Bike! Bringing in 130whp and 135ftq. Great numbers for the 112 BBK kit installed on the bike.

Constructed of Chemically Certified 6061-T6 & 6063 Aircraft Grade Aluminum and loaded with a 304 stainless steel spiral welded perforated baffle assembly + ISW Packing. The long-awaited Challenger Full System from Toce Performance not only offers significant weight savings it also allows the bike to breathe much easier with the 2-1 equal-length headers. Held tight with an engine-mounted capture bracket to ensure no flexing of the exhaust components, and good as factory mounting. Our optional billet subframe assembly and bag support that does not interfere with cages or highway bars makes for the perfect setup. You can order the subframe with or without the left-bag support for a sleek look, and option to run another unit.  Our subframe and bag support assemblies are being retrofitted aswell, and should be released soon.

Made right here in Manchester, Connecticut USA- Toce Performance Precision CNC Bends the header assemblies, manufacturers all the billet components, and hand welds all of their units in-house.
