Not painful to install. You will need to get a bigger stater if you are installing on a 2017 Honda crf 450x

Put this on my enduro bike and works great. The battery pack is similar to a R/C car battery nice and small will tuck into airbox discretely. Battery lasts a good while and you can turn lights off with a switch while in the trails.

Having the video tutorial is a huge help and made this kit very easy for me to install. I would of liked the wires for the horn to be a little longer to give some more range and mounting positions but that is an easy fix with some joiners and extra wire. The kit fit very neatly on my 2003 WR250F. I wanted something that would be neat and compact to minimize getting caught up in the bush. This kit is perfect for that. I cut up the rear fender quite a bit to get a nice neat flush finish so recommend you have a dremmel handy to modify the fender depending on your bike. Also knowing how to do very very basic soldering is a plus to put on the bullet connectors on the rear indicator lights. All in all do not hesitate to buy this kit it is well worth the money.
