Well made, fit perfectly. The only thing that would make these better would be rigid walls and/or dividers within them. Quality zippers and heavy duty nylon construction.

These are the perfect addition to the Tusk side cases. They make packing a breeze.

Very nice quality and very handy keeping small items from banging around in the panniers. Protects both the items and the inside box walls.

Tusk liners are a nice addition to the Tusk panniers line. They're very handy for compartmentalizing your gear into you panniers and work extremely well in keeping things dry and in order. As an example, during a ride high up in the eastern Sierras, it was warm and dry. At 10k feet in elevation, that suddenly changed to rain, wind and cold. Getting extra layers out of the panniers was a snap because I was able to pull out the correct liner. The liners that didn't have the layers simply went on the seat and then back in the pannier. The liners got wet, but everything in them stayed dry. They're very effective decent quality and they're value priced. I highly recommend them as an add-on purchase to the Tusk pannier kit or any other panniers for that matter. The only negative I can see is that they're a little heavier than other, much more expensive pannier liners I own (but not much!).

These pannier liners allowed me to separate my stuff and only pull out what I needed when I needed it. Very well made and very handy!
