First tusk product that I have ordered that came with missing hardware. Customer support quickly resolved the problem and sent missing hardware.
Regarding the skid plate, it successfully protected my bike in intense conditions. The hardest of the impacts was bottoming out over rock steps while doubled up. Impressed with the quality.
