We at Vandemon have created another benchmark muffler for the Panigale V4. To the uninitiated, it may seem like the original exhaust and catalytic converter are still in use, but that's not the case. We've eliminated all restrictions and weight, replacing the OEM muffler and catalytic converter with an all-titanium muffler with two internal exhaust paths. One path is quiet, while the other is straight through for unrestricted performance by simply pressing a button on the handlebars. The OEM muffler covers are reused to conceal the Stealth muffler. 

The Stealth feature of this slip-on muffler allows the operator to avoid criticism and attention when needed and choose maximum performance and sound without guilt.

Installation is a relatively simple process which is still best performed by with a moderate mechanical understanding. Its design allows for easy attachment to the original exhaust headers and exhaust tips and covers. The package also includes a custom wiring harness with patch plug connections, Servo driver motor and cables and a dummy spindle to mimic the OEM exhaust valve to trick the ECU into thinking the OEM exhaust valve is still in service so to prevent a fault light from appearing if you haven't already had this switched off from a prior tune. The wiring harness provides the necessary power to operate the exhaust servo driver, which in turn operates the twin Push/Pull cables that control the exhaust valve located inside the muffler. The exhaust valve redirects exhaust flow inside the muffler via a baffled chamber for quiet operation or bypasses it all together for full, unrestricted sound and performance.

This replacement reduces radiated heat, addressing a common complaint of Panigale owners, which is a complaint of many Panigale owners in summer.

Tuning

Ensuring the peak performance of your Ducati is vital, and tuning is an obligatory and crucial step in achieving this. We highly recommend enlisting the expertise of a qualified technician equipped with a dynamometer for optimal results. Throughout the tuning process, it is essential for the technician to set the tune to loud mode. This will guarantee that your Stealth muffler is precisely calibrated to deliver exceptional results, regardless of the ride mode you select.

This high-performance exhaust system enables tuners to unlock the full potential of this powerful model by removing the heavy stainless steel muffler and catalytic converter, resulting in improved suspension response, acceleration, handling, and braking.

Titanium makes this muffler very light at only 5.3kg, which is a massive weight saving over the OEM catalytic exhaust and significantly reduces radiated heat from the underside of the motorcycle, which increases rider comfort in summer and better access to the bottom of the engine for maintenance.

Vandemon uses only the highest quality Ti1 Japanese Titanium, which has a naturally bright, clean surface finish along with Titanium's unique ability to withstand corrosion in the harshest of elements.
