Kawasaki ZX6R 600 & 636 Full Titanium Exhaust

The Kawasaki ZX6R exhaust system is constructed from high-quality Japanese Ti1 titanium and features a carbon fibre tip on an all-titanium muffler. This complete exhaust system is significantly lighter than the OEM steel exhaust, which results in improved handling during directional changes, enhanced acceleration, and reduced stopping distances. Additionally, the varying tapered header and mid-pipe tube dimensions contribute to a noticeable increase in mid-range torque, peak horsepower, and a distinctive Vandemon sound.

Appearance:

"The surface finish is a natural brushed titanium, which changes to all colours of the spectrum after one ride. Titanium has the added advantage over stainless steel in that it won't stain, corrode, or ever need polishing. This is because titanium has very high acid and salt resistance, and it also dissipates heat twice as fast as steel."

 Tuning:

The muffler comes with a removable silencer. If you use the silencer, you won't need to reprogram your ECU, as any small fueling adjustments will be taken care of by the original mapping. However, if you don't use the silencer, it's best to have a skilled technician tune it to fit your needs.
