Designed for riders who demand the best, the Vandemon Titanium Exhaust System transforms the Yamaha Tenere 700 with an immediate increase of 5 horsepower, without the need for additional tuning. Precision-engineered and thoughtfully positioned, this system mounts securely within the passenger foot peg mounts and OEM muffler bracket, offering maximum protection and optimal clearance for side luggage options. This strategic positioning also protects the muffler in the event of a fall.

Lightweight Titanium Construction

Crafted from high-grade Titanium, this exhaust system offers exceptional weight reduction, corrosion resistance, and durability compared to stainless steel. Unlike other metals, Titanium naturally resists pitting and oxidation, eliminating the need for constant polishing. After just one heat cycle, the exhaust will develop a stunning, iridescent colouration — a signature look that enhances your bike’s aesthetic appeal.

Performance-Driven Design

The Vandemon Exhaust System eliminates the restrictive catalytic converter and is free from baffle plates or fixed sound suppression devices. The longer terminal exhaust length employed by Vandemon results in a significant boost in low to midrange torque, perfect for technical trails and low-RPM riding where extra pulling power makes all the difference, as well as HP at higher RPM.  

Blinker Relocation adaptors To accommodate the elevated muffler placement and prevent heat damage, relocation brackets for the rear indicators are included, repositioning them safely away from the muffler when the OEM tail tidy is retained.

Signature Vandemon Sound

With a free-flow muffler design, this system produces a deep, aggressive exhaust note that is instantly recognisable and distinctly Vandemon. For those who prefer a more subdued sound, a removable baffle is included, allowing you to subtuly reduce noise levels without sacrificing the system’s outstanding performance.

• Compatibility with Aftermarket Bash Plates & Crash Bars

  Some aftermarket bash plates, including B&B Offroad and similar brands, may have reduced clearance around the exhaust headers compared with the OEM skid plate. In these cases, minor trimming may be required to ensure proper fitment around our front header spring hooks and to prevent interference.

  Note: Aftermarket Garda crash bars may require spacer adjustments to allow the cross bar to clear the headers.

NOTE: For Euro 5+ motorcycles equipped with two lambda (O₂) sensors, installing this exhaust system may trigger the engine warning light. This occurs because the ECU detects values from the catalytic converter that differ from the parameters expected by the original factory catalytic converter.
