Vandemon exhaust systems are designed for performance and modest sound improvements. We at Vandemon do not try to meet noise emission standards because simply the end results would be no different than what your OEM exhaust can already achieve. Crafted entirely from premium Japanese Ti1 titanium, these headers are significantly lighter than the OEM stainless steel alternative. The tapered header design promotes high exhaust gas velocities, optimising scavenging and cylinder filling, resulting in increased torque and horsepower.

APPEARANCE
The system features a natural brushed titanium finish that develops a striking spectrum of colours when exposed to heat. Unlike stainless steel, titanium is highly resistant to staining, corrosion, and oxidation, eliminating the need for polishing. Its exceptional resistance to acids and salts, combined with its ability to dissipate heat nearly twice as fast as steel, further enhances both durability and performance.

MANUFACTURING
At Vandemon, we employ a proprietary welding technique that ensures full-penetration welds on both sides of each joint. This process produces ultrasonically sound welds with a distinctive, consistent fish-scale pattern delivering both aesthetic appeal and superior structural integrity.
