Vandemon Exhaust systems achieve peak performance and style with an impressive sound, utilizing the latest manufacturing techniques and exotic materials such as Titanium. This results in a significantly lighter exhaust system with reduced heat retention compared to the OEM system.

The under-seat design and longer exhaust length of this system make it ideal for maximizing horsepower and torque. Also, replacing the OEM stainless steel exhaust heavy catalytic converter improves rider comfort in the summer by reducing excessive radiated heat and making it easier to access the underside of the engine for servicing.

Appearance:

"The surface finish has a natural brushed appearance that, when heated, transforms into an iridescent blue and red hue. Titanium has an advantage over stainless steel because it does not stain, corrode, or require polishing due to its high resistance to acid and salt. Additionally, it dissipates heat twice as fast as steel, providing further protection against prolonged heat transfer into body panels when stationary."

We at Vandemon use a unique welding process that completely penetrates and makes for an ultrasonically perfect connection with a beautiful and consistent overlapping fishbone appearance.
