PERFORMANCE

The muffler's straight-through design ensures unrestricted exhaust flow, producing a powerful, resonant tone befitting the robust 1800cc boxer twin engine. Additionally, the titanium headers are meticulously crafted from pie-cut sections and expertly purge welded for complete penetration. After a single heat cycle, the headers transform into vibrant hues of red and blue, creating an unparalleled visual effect unique to titanium.

APPEARANCE

The brushed titanium surface develops a striking spectrum of colours after heating, giving your bike an extraordinary, dynamic look. Unlike stainless steel, titanium resists staining and corrosion, requires no polishing, and is highly resistant to acids and salts. It also dissipates heat twice as fast as steel, reducing heat build-up and improving overall performance.

PRECISION MANUFACTURING

At Vandemon, we employ a proprietary welding process that welds both sides of every joint. This ensures ultrasonically perfect connections with a beautiful, consistent overlapping fishbone pattern. Our weld quality is a benchmark in the industry, earning praise from clients worldwide.

WHY CHOOSE TITANIUM?

Titanium’s unmatched strength, lightweight properties, and corrosion resistance make it the material of choice for demanding applications such as aircraft airframes, jet engine compressor blades, deep-sea vessels, steam turbines, rocket motor cases, and high-performance motorsports like F1 and MotoGP.

Other Titanium Advantages:

  • Exceptional strength-to-weight ratio
  • Resists corrosion and discoloration from water exposure
  • Requires no polishing like stainless steel or aluminium
  • Dissipates heat twice as fast as stainless steel
  • Maintains structural integrity at high temperatures
