Vandemon was tasked with creating a durable race exhaust for the Australian Supersport 300 race series that could withstand a race fall and provide unrestricted potential for tuners.

To comply with class regulations, we used stainless steel for the headers and Ti1 Titanium for the muffler. We chose Ti1 Titanium for its lightweight and durability, making it better at withstanding hard falls compared to stainless steel. Additionally, we designed the exhaust length to be longer to maximize top-end performance on tracks like the Phillip Island GP circuit, which has a lengthy main straight.

Although not intended for street use, a baffle is supplied to reduce decibels, but it will not meet noise emission standards.
