The Vandemon Stainless Steel Race Exhaust System for the double sided swing-arm CFMOTO 450SR & SS is specifically developed to meet the demands of competitive racing, including compliance with the Australian Superbike Championship (ASBK) regulations. Crafted with lightweight, polished stainless steel headers and muffler with a carbon fibre tip, this system is the perfect upgrade for riders aiming to maximise performance. 

• Muffler is also OEM Header compatible

By eliminating the catalytic converter and restrictive mufflers, this system unlocks additional torque and horsepower while significantly reducing weight. Its robust design ensures durability and delivers an aggressive, race-inspired exhaust note for the KTM 450 engine.

SOUND PERFORMANCE

This exhaust produces a bold, unrestricted sound that matches its high-performance capabilities. For riders who prefer a quieter ride, the included removable silencer provides noise reduction without significantly compromising power. Please note, however, that this system won't comply with international noise regulations.

TUNING

The detachable silencer allows you to use the exhaust without remapping your ECU, as minor fueling adjustments can be handled by the OEM mapping. For maximum performance, especially when the silencer is removed, we recommend tuning by a qualified technician using a chassis dynamometer
