Suzuki Hayabusa GEN III GSX1300R Full Titanium Exhaust System 2021-2024

The exhaust is constructed using high-quality Japanese Ti1 Titanium, which is significantly lighter than the OEM stainless steel exhaust for three reasons. First, the two large mufflers have been eliminated, resulting in a lighter, smaller, and more efficient RH side-only exit. Second, the heavy and restrictive catalytic converter is no longer necessary. Finally, the entire exhaust is made from lightweight Ti1 titanium. The weight reduction noticeably improves handling, acceleration, and stopping distances. Additionally, the tapered headers allow for high gas exit speeds, leading to improved exhaust extraction and cylinder filling, resulting in better torque and horsepower.

Appearance:

The surface finish is a naturally brushed one, which changes to all the colours of the spectrum after only one heat cycle. Titanium has an added advantage over stainless steel because it won't stain, corrode, or ever need polishing. Titanium has a very high resistance to acid and salt and dissipates heat twice as fast as steel.

Manufacture:

We at Vandemon use a closely guarded welding process that welds both sides of each joint, which makes for ultrasonically perfect joints with a beautiful & consistent flat finish
