BMW M1000XR Vandemon Titanium Exhaust System 2020-2024

This exhaust retains the OEM factory exhaust servo function to reduce noise at cruise and light throttle, and the ECU opens it when power is needed.

Vandemon brings Exotica to the 2020-24 BMW S1000XR using only the highest quality Ti1 Japanese Titanium and perfect welds and fit.

Our exhaust systems allow tuners to maximize engine performance without limitations while noticeably reducing overall weight for optimized handling, increased acceleration and reduced stopping distances.

 The exhaust system is made entirely from brushed Titanium, which makes it resistant to dullness and staining over time. After the first ride, the Titanium will start to change colour, beginning at the headers and gradually moving down the length of the exhaust system.

For best performance and throttle response, remapping of the ECU is recommended.

Appearance:

The surface finish is natural brushed titanium, which, when heated after only one ride, changes to all the colours of the rainbow. Titanium has the advantage over Stainless steel in that it won't stain, corrode, or ever need polishing. It has a very high resistance to acid and salt and dissipates heat twice as fast as steel.

Manufacture:

We at Vandemon use a closely guarded welding process that welds both sides of each joint, resulting in ultrasonically perfect joints with a beautiful and consistent overlapping fishbone appearance.

Tuning:

This exhaust system is supplied with a removable silencer, which, when used, won't require remapping of your ECU. OEM mapping can manage any slight alterations to fuelling, etc. As this exhaust is designed for competition use, should the silencer be removed, tuning to suit is recommended by a competent technician.
