Vandemon Exhaust systems increase power by removing restrictions from the original exhaust system. The exhaust is made from lightweight and durable Ti1 Titanium and weighs only 5.1kg, which is substantially lighter than the OEM exhaust.

The muffler design features a highly popular slash-cut style that allows for straight-through exhaust flow without restrictions. This design produces a powerful, deep tone from the boxer twin engine. To prevent the tone from being overwhelming, we've incorporated a barrel resonator in the mid-pipe to enhance the base tone of the exhaust and minimize high frequencies. Additionally, we have designed the exhaust system so that you can choose to retain the OEM exhaust valve. You can reinstall and place it between the muffler and headers for a quieter exhaust at cruise speeds while still being louder than the stock exhaust. When you accelerate, the OEM valve will function normally, allowing the exhaust to go full volume only when desired. This design also eliminates the potential need for an exhaust servo buddy or tuning to override a potential fault light resulting from its removal."

 Appearance:

"The surface finish is a natural brushed titanium that changes to all colours of the spectrum when heated after one ride. An advantage over stainless steel is that titanium won't stain, corrode, or need polishing. In addition, titanium has a very high resistance to acid and salt and dissipates heat twice as fast as steel."

Manufacture:

We at Vandemon utilize a closely guarded welding process that welds both sides of each joint, creating ultrasonically perfect joints with a beautiful and consistent overlapping fishbone appearance.

Tuning:

 Tuning to suit is recommended by a competent technician.
