Overview
Engineered for performance and precision, the Vandemon single-sided titanium exhaust system is designed exclusively for the 2011–2024 Kawasaki Z1000SX, Ninja 1000 and Ninja 1000SX. Constructed from premium Japanese Ti1 titanium alloy and featuring a single high-flow titanium muffler with a carbon fibre end cap, this system delivers superior performance, reduced weight, and enhanced aesthetics.

Weight Reduction & Performance
By replacing the stock dual steel muffler setup with a lightweight, single-sided titanium configuration, this system achieves a significant reduction in unsprung mass. The resulting improvement in weight distribution enhances handling responsiveness, acceleration, and braking performance, contributing to a more agile and dynamic riding experience. The muffler’s design and angle also ensure full compatibility with OEM Kawasaki panniers.

Finish & Material Benefits
The system features a natural brushed titanium finish that undergoes a stunning colour transformation from golds to blues and purples when exposed to exhaust heat after initial use. Unlike stainless steel, titanium is inherently corrosion-resistant, does not tarnish, and requires no polishing. Its high resistance to acidic and salty environments, combined with its ability to dissipate heat twice as efficiently as steel, makes it ideal for high-performance applications.

Craftsmanship & Welding
Vandemon exhaust systems are fabricated using advanced welding techniques that weld both sides of every joint. This ensures exceptional structural integrity and results in a visually striking, uniform "fish-scale" weld pattern, both a hallmark of quality and a testament to precision manufacturing.
