Crafted entirely from premium Japanese Ti1 Titanium, this exhaust system delivers an exceptional performance advantage over OEM stainless steel alternatives. Weighing in at just 3.9 kg, it offers a substantial weight reduction of 6.4 kg compared to the stock system. This significant decrease in mass improves agility, allowing for faster directional changes, quicker acceleration, and shorter braking distances—an all-around enhancement in dynamic performance.

Engineered for Power and Response

The system features tapered headers, expertly designed to accelerate exhaust gas flow. This high-velocity gas exit enhances exhaust scavenging and promotes more effective cylinder filling, resulting in increased torque and horsepower across the rev range.

Exceptional Appearance and Durability

Finished in a natural brushed titanium, the surface develops a vivid rainbow coloration when exposed to heat, offering a unique and ever-changing visual appeal. Unlike stainless steel, titanium is immune to corrosion, acid, and salt damage, and requires no polishing delivering a long-lasting, maintenance-free finish. Additionally, titanium dissipates heat twice as fast as steel, helping to reduce engine bay temperatures and thermal load.

Precision-Crafted for Perfection

At Vandemon, we employ a proprietary dual-sided welding process, meticulously welding both the interior and exterior of every joint. This results in ultrasonically flawless welds, known for their strength and fatigue resistance. The outcome is not only a robust construction but also a visually striking, fishbone-patterned weld finish that speaks to the care and engineering precision behind every unit.
