Constructed entirely from high-quality Japanese Ti1 Titanium, this exhaust is significantly lighter than the OEM stainless steel version. The weight reduction noticeably enhances handling during directional changes, improves acceleration, and reduces stopping distances. The tapered headers facilitate high gas exit speeds, leading to improved exhaust extraction and cylinder filling, ultimately resulting in better torque and horsepower.

APPEARANCE

The surface finish is a natural brushed finish, which changes to all colours of the spectrum when heated. Titanium has an advantage over stainless steel because it does not stain, corrode, or require polishing. Titanium has very high acid and salt resistance and dissipates heat twice as fast as steel.

MANUFACTURE

We at Vandemon use a closely guarded welding process that welds both sides of each joint, resulting in ultrasonically perfect joints with a beautiful and consistent overlapping fishbone appearance.
