Crafted from the highest-grade Ti1 titanium and manufactured using cutting-edge techniques, this exhaust system features 100% ultrasonically verified welds and precision jigging to ensure a flawless fit every time.

The headers are meticulously assembled from titanium pie-cut segments, allowing for tight-radius bends and optimal flow. These lead seamlessly into a lightweight, all-titanium resonator that replaces the restrictive and heavy catalytic converter. From there, the system splits into dual titanium mufflers inspired by the 2023 KTM R16 MotoGP machine. This dual-exit configuration allows for the integration of removable, functional silencers—something not possible with a single-outlet system. While these silencers reduce sound levels, it's important to note that the system still does not comply with Euro 4 or Euro 5 noise regulations.

Beyond the aggressive tone and race-inspired aesthetic, this ultra-lightweight system dramatically improves acceleration, handling, braking, and agility. When paired with a proper fuel correction device, it can deliver a performance gain of up to 12 horsepower.
