The full kit Zard Conical for the Harley-Davidson® Sportster Evo 883 1200 exhaust models, has been designed to enhance both the look and performance of the sport range.
Made from AISI 304 stainless steel, this complete system features a conical end cap. Available in polished stainless steel or matte black Cerakote® finishes.

The Zard full kit for the Harley-Davidson® Sportster Evo 883-1200 is available both in racing or Euro 3 Homologated version and come with the appropriate dB-Killers.

The slip-ons are very lightweight (-4,7 kg for the racing version and -4,5 kg for the Euro 3 Homologated version compared to OEM slip-ons) and help to increase performance (+1,6 hp for the racing version and +1,9 hp for the Euro 3 Homologated version), giving the bike the distinctive Zard sound.
This product is compatible with the following Sportster Evo models with O2 M12 sensor thread:

I just installed the ZARD "Conical" Full Kit Exhaust on my 2015 Harley Davidson Sportster 1200, and I couldn't be more pleased with the result. The sound is incredible—a deep, throaty growl that’s loud enough to turn heads but not overwhelmingly noisy. It really gives my bike a more aggressive, muscle car-like roar that I’ve been wanting.

The installation was fairly simple. Everything fit perfectly, and I didn’t run into any issues. The exhaust looks amazing with its sleek, conical shape, and it’s built to last. You can feel the quality in the craftsmanship, and the finish is flawless. It gives my Sportster a much more custom and high-end appearance, which I really appreciate.
