I recently installed the ZARD Decat on my 2018 Triumph Street Twin 900, and the difference is immediately noticeable. This is one of those upgrades that completely transforms how the bike feels, sounds, and performs.

First off, the quality of the part is excellent—lightweight, well-machined, and clearly built to last. It fit perfectly with my existing ZARD slip-ons, and the installation process was straightforward for anyone comfortable with basic tools and exhaust work.

The sound improvement is massive. With the decat installed, the exhaust note is deeper, throatier, and has way more character. It’s still controlled enough for daily riding but finally gives the Street Twin the classic British growl it deserves.

In terms of performance, throttle response is sharper and the bike feels more alive—especially in the midrange. Pairing it with a simple ECU remap made everything smoother and more responsive. You can really feel the engine breathing better without the restrictions of the stock catalytic converter.

If you're looking to bring out the true personality of your Street Twin, the ZARD Decat is a must. It's a relatively small change with a big impact—and one of the most satisfying mods I’ve done to the bike so far.
