Available in both racing (with removable db‑killer) and Euro 4 approved versions, it delivers a powerful and engaging sound, with a tangible performance increase compared to the stock system.
The Zard system weighs only 3.8 kg (8.4 lbs), significantly lighter than the original 8.5 kg (18.7 lbs), resulting in a remarkable −4.7 kg (−10.4 lbs) weight reduction. This improves agility, acceleration, and handling through corners.

I installed the ZARD 3‑in‑1 Full Kit on my 2019 Yamaha Tracer 900 and wow—it’s a transformative upgrade from stock. Right out of the box, the craftsmanship stands out: the stainless AISI 304 body feels rock-solid, complete with a sleek carbon‑fibre end‑cap that looks as good as it performs
What blew me away most was the weight savings. The OEM setup clocks in at around 8.5 kg, but ZARD’s full kit trims that down to just 3.8 kg—losing a massive 4.7 kg off the bike
On the road, the difference is palpable: sharper response, more agility, and cornering is noticeably dialed in.
Sound-wise, I opted for the racing variant with the removable dB killer, and the resulting roar is nothing short of addictive. It’s throaty and full-bodied—commanding attention without veering into obnoxious territory .
Installation was straightforward, with all necessary hardware included—and the welds? Flawless. ZARD’s hand-crafted welding (TIG/MIG-MAG) speaks volumes about their obsession with quality . The ceramic black finish (if you pick that option) even withstands super high temps—over 1000 °C—so it retains its look session after session .
In short: the ZARD Full Kit drastically enhances my Tracer 900’s performance, sound, and aesthetic—with top-tier craftsmanship to boot. Riding feels sharper, more responsive, and simply more fun. For anyone wanting a premium upgrade that delivers on every front, this is it.
I recently installed the ZARD 3‑in‑1 Full Kit on my 2018 Yamaha Tracer 900, and it's an absolute game-changer. The installation process was smooth—everything fit snugly with minimal effort, and the kit came with all necessary hardware. It drastically reduces weight—from about 8.5 kg stock down to just 3.8 kg—so the bike feels noticeably lighter and more agile right away, especially when flicking through tight corners.
The sound is equally impressive. Opting for the racing version with the removable dB‑killer means I’ve got a perfectly throaty growl that commands attention without being ear-bleedingly loud. It really gives the Tracer the aggressive voice it deserves
Quality-wise, this exhaust reflects true craftsmanship. The stainless steel (or titanium, if you choose that option) paired with the carbon fiber end cap looks like it belongs on a premium track bike. The TIG/MIG‑MAG welds are clean, and the ceramic black finishes—in both satin and full black variants—hold up under high heat.
Beyond the aesthetic boost, the lighter weight translates to tangible performance gains: quicker acceleration, sharper handling, and a more connected feel when leaning into corners. The materials and build feel durable; this doesn’t seem like a component that’ll degrade over time.
In summary, the ZARD Full Kit is the upgrade I’d been waiting for. It enhances performance, sound, handling, and look—all while maintaining excellent build quality. Highly recommended for Tracer 900 riders looking for a premium, well-rounded exhaust upgrade.
When I installed the ZARD Full Kit Exhaust on my 2019 Yamaha Tracer 900, the difference was electrifying—both in performance and personality.
First off, the feel: The complete system is expertly crafted from high-grade materials like stainless steel (or optionally titanium), with beautiful carbon-fiber end caps and a satin or black finish—depending on your style preference. The aesthetic alone elevates the bike’s presence.
Weight savings are no joke. The ZARD exhaust comes in at just 3.8 kg, compared to the bulky stock system of about 8.5 kg—a nearly 5-kg reduction. This makes the bike noticeably lighter, more responsive, and more nimble in every twist and turn
Sound and compliance: The version I chose is homologated to meet Euro-4 standards and even includes a removable dB-killer—so it purrs refined when needed or growls aggressive when you dial it in
Installation: A breeze. Everything fit flawlessly and no extra modifications were required. The craftsmanship of the welds and fitment is top-tier—clearly built with precision and care
Performance transforms: Throttle response is sharper, and the mid-range torque delivers a richer, more exhilarating punch. Every ride—from tight mountain roads to open highway cruising—feels more alive and connected.
I recently installed the ZARD Full Kit Exhaust on my 2018 Yamaha Tracer 900—and wow, what a transformation! The moment I unpacked it, I was struck by the sheer craftsmanship. The welds are immaculate, the materials feel premium, and the overall build quality speaks of genuine attention to detail
The weight saving is immediately noticeable—ZARD’s kit weighs just 3.8 kg, compared to roughly 8.5 kg for the stock system—giving an impressive 4.7 kg reduction. This makes the bike feel lighter, more agile, and more responsive, especially when changing lines through corners.
Sound-wise, it's a revelation. Deep, throaty, and engaging—yet not overwhelming. Whether in the racing version with its removable dB killer or the Euro 4 homologated option, the tone remains refined but powerful
Performance improvements are tangible, too. Throttle response feels crisper, mid-range torque has more punch, and the overall ride feels livelier. The installation was straightforward, and the fitment was spot-on—no dramas, no modifications needed
In short: this exhaust blends Italian artistry with functional performance. It looks and sounds sensational, shaves off weight, and brings true character to the Tracer 900. ZARD nailed it.
I recently installed the ZARD Full Kit Exhaust on my 2019 Yamaha Tracer 900, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Right out of the box, the build quality is phenomenal—lightweight, beautifully welded, and clearly designed with performance in mind.
Installation was straightforward with basic tools, and the fit was perfect. Once installed, the change in sound was immediate: deep, throaty, and aggressive without being obnoxious. It completely transformed the character of the bike. I also noticed a smoother throttle response and a slight gain in midrange torque—definitely a noticeable performance boost.
If you’re on the fence, don’t hesitate. This exhaust system looks incredible, sounds even better, and brings new life to the Tracer 900. ZARD nailed it with this one.
