The “Conical” Slip-On for the Triumph Street Scrambler 900, created by Officine Italiane Zard, enhances engine performance while accentuating the bike’s design.

Entirely handmade in Italy, the system is composed of two AISI 304 stainless steel silencers, with both sleeve and end cap in stainless steel, ensuring superior strength and durability. The kit is available in a satin finish, satin finish with black heat shield, or black Cerakote®, giving the bike an elegant and modern look.

With a weight of only 3.4 kg (7.5 lbs), the Zard kit reduces the weight of -2 kg (-4.4 lbs) from the stock exhaust, improving the bike’s handling and responsiveness.

The system is designed to deliver a deep sound. Installation is simple with no additional modifications required, and it is available in Euro 4 homologated or racing versions.

NOTE: the heat shield of the black ceramic coated version comes with a silver mesh insert.

I installed the ZARD "Conical" Slip-On Exhaust on my 2020 Triumph Street Scrambler 900, and the upgrade was immediately noticeable. If you’re looking for a quick way to enhance the look, sound, and feel of your bike without going full system, this is it.

The conical design is clean and classic, perfectly complementing the retro-modern style of the Street Scrambler. It adds just the right amount of custom flair without overpowering the bike’s original look. The quality is outstanding—lightweight, beautifully finished, and clearly built to last.

As soon as I started the bike, I was sold. The sound is richer and deeper than the stock exhaust, with a satisfying growl that gives the 900 twin a much more authoritative presence. It's not too loud, but definitely more exciting to the ears—especially on downshifts.

Throttle response feels a touch crisper, and the weight savings from ditching the stock can is noticeable, especially during slow-speed maneuvering. I haven’t done a remap yet, and it still runs great—though I imagine it’ll be even better once tuned.

Installation was super straightforward. It bolted right on with no drama, and I was back on the road in under an hour.

If you’re looking for a high-quality, great-sounding slip-on that enhances your Scrambler’s style and performance, the ZARD Conical is an excellent choice. Subtle, but seriously effective.
