  • ZARD weight: 5.1 kg
  • Weight saving: -7.4 kg
  • ZARD performance: + 5.8 hp

The racing slip-on kit for the Triumph® Rocket 3 Storm is entirely designed and handcrafted in Italyusing AISI 304 stainless steel.

This racing slip-on kit, available with a satin or black Cerakote® finish and featuring a carbon fiber end cap, stands out for its extreme lightness (-7.4 kg compared to the OEM system) and for a significant increase in performance (+5.8 cv compared to the OEM system).

The exhaust system, consisting of the slip-on, collector pipe, and two side covers in carbon fiber features a unique and aerodynamic design, completed by an unmistakably energetic sound characteristic of Zard.

The racing slip-on kit for the Triumph® Rocket 3 Storm is easy to install and ready for use.

Warning: By installing the Zard slip-on kit, the motorcycle's electronics in E5 Plus configuration might detect a catalyst anomaly due to anti-pollution regulations, causing the cat warning light (informative) to turn on without altering the motorcycle's performance in any way. To avoid the activation of this warning light, it is necessary to remap the ECU.

Compatibility: ROCKET 3 STORM R - ROCKET 3 STORM GT

"As soon as I fired up my Rocket 3 Storm after installing the ZARD Racing Slip-On Kit, I was hooked. The exhaust note is raw and commanding—rich and throaty at idle, yet roaring alive when I twist the throttle. It's aggressive without being overbearing—perfect for both city cruising and canyon carving."

"The craftsmanship is next-level. Built entirely by hand in Italy from AISI 304 stainless steel, the kit includes a carbon-fiber end cap and dual side covers that look as sleek as they perform. ZARD promises a remarkable 7.4 kg reduction in weight compared to the OEM system, and I can feel that agility every time I lean into a turn. They also claim a 5.8 HP bump—and while I don’t have a dyno, the bike feels noticeably more eager off the line."
"Installation was refreshingly simple—just bolt on, no need for extra parts or modifications. That said, I did trigger the 'catalyst anomaly' warning due to the E5 Plus electronics—no big deal, but worth noting. A quick ECU remap silenced the dash light entirely."
"If there's one compromise, it's that the kit isn’t compatible with the saddlebag setup—something I discovered after ordering—but for me, the improved sound, lighter feel, and standout aesthetics made it a trade I didn’t mind."

"Overall, the ZARD kit transforms the Rocket 3 Storm from impressive to iconic. If you’re after performance, presence, and premium Italian artistry, this is the upgrade that delivers."

I recently outfitted my 2025 Triumph Rocket 3 Storm R with the ZARD Racing Slip-On Kit—and what a transformation! Right from the first start, the muscular, aggressive growl demands attention without veering into obnoxious territory. There’s substance behind the sound: ZARD promises a no-saddlebag-friendly setup, but if bold performance is your game, this kit delivers in spades."

"Crafted from AISI 304 stainless steel and capped with carbon fiber, the build quality screams handmade Italian artistry—each weld and curve radiates precision and passion. The kit shaves off a massive 7.4 kg compared to stock, trimming the bike’s heft and sharpening its throttle response and handling. The claimed 5.8 extra horsepower isn’t just on paper, either—I can feel it in every pull, especially through the mid-range."
"Installation was refreshingly straightforward—no more than bolt-on and go—but if you’re running the E5 Plus electronics, be cautious: a catalytic sensor warning may trigger. A quick ECU remap silences that alert without compromising performance."
"Visually, the satin Ceramic coating on stainless steel, paired with the carbon-fiber end cap and side covers, elevates the bike’s aesthetic to aggressive elegance. This kit doesn’t just sound performance—it looks it. And though the lack of saddlebag compatibility is a limitation, it’s a fair trade for the gains in sound, weight savings, and overall character."

"If you ride a Rocket 3 Storm and crave raw presence, this ZARD kit is worth every penny."

"From the second I fired up my 2025 Triumph Rocket 3 Storm with the ZARD Slip-On installed, I knew this was the missing piece that turned my beast into a symphony on wheels. The closing of the throttle now releases a deep, almost menacing burble, followed by a full-throated roar when I twist the grip. It's bold without being overwhelming — day-long rides remain comfortable, with just the right amount of character in the sound.

Installation was a breeze, literally bolt-on ready with no ECU tweeks needed. I did notice the warning light blinked about the catalyst, but a simple remap took care of that (worth noting if you're running the E5+ setup)
Visually, the craftsmanship is outstanding. The carbon fiber end caps and covers give the Storm an upgraded, aggressive edge while keeping things sleek. The light-weight build (about 7 kg lighter than OEM) noticeably improves throttle response and makes the ride feel more agile — a welcome perk on this heavyweight Harley-hunter
Yes, you lose saddlebag compatibility—something to plan around—but if sound, performance, and style are what you're after, this is an upgrade that delivers on all fronts."

I recently installed the ZARD Exhaust Slip-On Kit on my 2024 Triumph Rocket 3 Storm GT, and let me tell you—it completely transforms the ride. Italian craftsmanship shines through: handcrafted AISI 304 stainless-steel construction, a sleek carbon fiber end cap, and side covers that feel tailored to the bike’s muscular lines. Best of all, it sheds a hefty ~7.4 kg off the stock system and unlocks an exhilarating +5.8 hp boost—noticeable the moment you twist the throttle."
"The sound profile is bold and aggressive without being overpowering. At low revs, it's a throaty rumble—just enough to remind the world you're there. Give it some gas and that rumble turns into a visceral growl that’s deeply addictive. It’s exactly what the Rocket 3 Storm was begging for."
"Installation was pleasantly straightforward—slip it on, bolt it down, ride away. Just be aware if your bike uses the E5 Plus ECU, you might trigger a catalyst warning light. A quick remap sorts that right out."
"All told, this isn’t just an exhaust upgrade—it’s a performance and aesthetic overhaul. Lightens the bike, sharpens the throttle response, and gives the whole package premium Italian style. If you want your Rocket 3 Storm to sound as fierce as it looks, this ZARD slip-on kit is the answer."

I just fitted the ZARD Exhaust Slip-On Kit to my 2024 Triumph Rocket 3 Storm, and wow—this transformation goes way beyond a simple upgrade. Crafted in Italy from high-grade AISI 304 stainless steel with a slick satin finish and carbon-fiber end cap, this system cuts a solid 7 kg off the weight and boosts horsepower by about 5.8 hp—measurable performance that’s clear as day.
Beyond the stats, the real magic is in the character it adds. That deep, guttural rumble at cruise is intoxicating, while the thunderous roar when you twist the throttle unleashes the Storm’s full persona. It’s loud enough to turn heads, yet never fatiguing on long rides—just pure audio bliss.
Installation was straightforward—just bolt on and go, without needing any ECU tuning. (Heads-up: if you're running the E5 Plus electronics, you may get a catalyst warning light. A simple remap clears it right up.)
The look? Impeccable—from the clean welds and flawless finish to the aggressive carbon accents, it’s not just an exhaust—it’s a statement. If you’re looking to unlock the authentic voice and swagger of the Rocket 3, this kit doesn’t just deliver—it dominates."
