This exhaust system features a pair of fully hand-made racing silencers, made of AISI 304 stainless steel, in Italy.
Available in either a polished or matte black Cerakote® finish, the system is completed with solid billet aluminium end caps and a stainless steel Zard logo.

The improvements are not just aesthetic: the Zard system for the Harley-Davidson® Street Glide Special is lighter than the OEM exhaust system, and delivers improved performance, with a gain of 2.2 hp in the racing version and 1.2 hp in the homologated version.

The slip-ons for the Harley-Davidson® Street Glide Special are easy to install, requires no ECU remapping, and are ready to use.

Italian Elegance and Fierce Touring Edge in One Slick Upgrade

I recently installed the ZARD 4.33‑inch slash‑cut slip‑ons on my 2009 Harley‑Davidson Street Glide Special, and wow—it’s a transformation. The polished Cerakote finish paired with billet aluminum end caps gives the rear end a premium, stealthy look—clean and bold in equal measure. Every weld, every logo detail just oozes craftsmanship.
On the performance side, I went with the racing version—and it's noticeable. You get a leaner system at 7.7 kg, dropping about 0.3 kg from stock, and a nice bump of +2.2 hp to boot. The result? Snappier mid-range response and a fuller throttle feel that’s simply more engaging.
Installation was refreshingly hassle-free—just slide them on, bolt them in, and no ECU tuning needed. Took under an hour from box to first ride
My only wish? An optional quieter insert for when I want a more mellow ride. But if you're after that perfect balance of fierce sound, sleek style, and light weight—I’m most impressed.

In sum, the ZARD 4.33" slash-cut slip-ons bring Italian artistry and Harley touring prowess together beautifully. If you want to tune up both the look and the presence of your Street Glide Special, this is an upgrade worth every mile.

Italian Flair Meets Touring Muscle — Truly Worth the Upgrade

I recently swapped out the stock slip‑ons on my 2013 Harley‑Davidson Street Glide Special with the ZARD 4.33″ slash‑cut racing version—and the difference is immediately inspiring. From the moment I hit the start button, the exhaust pulse is deeper, richer, and unmistakably commanding.

These silencers are a work of art—hand‑made in Italy from AISI 304 stainless steel, crowned with billet aluminum end caps, and available in polished or matte black Cerakote finishes. The attention to detail is striking, and the hand‑welded craftsmanship brings a refined yet rugged look that perfectly complements the sleek touring lines of the Street Glide.
Performance gains are noticeable, too. The racing kit shaves off about 0.3 kg compared to OEM and delivers an advertised bump of +2.2 hp—enough to make throttle response sharper and acceleration feel alive. If you prefer the homologated version, you still get a respectable +1.2 hp and modest weight savings of 0.1 kg
Installation was refreshingly easy—slip‑on design, no ECU remapping, and I was back on the road in under an hour.
If I’d tweak one thing, it’d be to offer an optional baffle kit to dial down volume for long-haul comfort. Otherwise, this exhaust hits the sweet spot: Italian elegance wrapped in muscular performance.

In short, the ZARD 4.33" slash-cut slip-ons elevate both form and function. For anyone wanting their Street Glide Special to sound bold without sacrificing class—that’s your ticket.

Italian Design Meets American Attitude – Pure Excellence on the Road

Riding my 2014 Street Glide Special hasn’t felt the same since I installed the ZARD 4.33‑inch slash‑cut slip‑ons. One twist of the throttle and you’re greeted with a throaty growl that’s bold, refined, and entirely unmistakable.

These beauties are handcrafted in Italy from AISI 304 stainless steel and topped off with solid billet aluminum end caps—the kind of quality craftsmanship that looks as good as it sounds. Whether you choose the polished or matte black Cerakote finish, it injects a refined but edgy aesthetic that complements the Street Glide’s touring lines perfectly
Performance gains are tangible. With the racing version, I’m pulling noticeably stronger at lower RPMs, which matches the advertised 2.2 hp boost and weight savings of about 0.3 kg over the OEM setup. It’s remarkable what a difference that makes in throttle response and overall ride feel.

Installation? A dream. These slip‑ons slide into place, bolt right up, and work instantly with no ECU remapping needed. Took me less than an hour, and I was back on the road—smiling. If you’re after exhaust that turns heads, sounds aggressive while staying sleek, and gives you a slight performance bump—these are a no-brainer. ZARD nailed it.
