Available in either a polished or matte black Cerakote® finish, the system is completed with solid billet aluminium end caps and a stainless steel Zard logo.

The slip-ons for the Harley-Davidson® Road King Special are easy to install, requires no ECU remapping, and are ready to use.

Italian Artistry, American Soul – A Ride Revitalized

Installing the ZARD 4.33-Inch Slip-Ons Flat on my 2014 Harley-Davidson Road King Special was nothing short of transformative. From the moment they arrived, the craftsmanship was audible—and visible. These are fully handmade in Italy from premium AISI 304 stainless steel, with solid billet aluminum end caps and the elegant laser-etched ZARD logo that speaks volumes about precision and heritage
I chose the racing version, which comes in at 7.7 kg—about 0.3 kg lighter than the OEM system—delivering a crisp +2.2 horsepower boost. Even that subtle weight reduction made the bike feel noticeably sprightlier, especially when carving through winding backroads.

Installation was refreshingly straightforward—no ECU remap required. It took me under an hour with basic tools, and everything aligned perfectly
On the road? The sound. It’s a deep, sonorous growl—powerful without being intrusive. Every twist of the throttle now sings with unmistakable Harley rumble that turns heads at every stoplight. And there’s an added bonus: during long rides, my legs feel cooler thanks to improved heat dispersion—a small comfort with big return
In short, these slip-ons are more than an accessory—they’re a statement. They deliver Italian craftsmanship, enhanced performance, rich tone, and everyday comfort. If your ride is a 2006–2016 Road King Special, do yourself a favor—upgrade with ZARD.

Pure Italian Muscle Meets Refined Touring Grace

I installed the ZARD 4.33 Inch Slip-Ons Flat on my 2012 Harley-Davidson Road King Special and was instantly struck by the flawless craftsmanship. These silencers, made from AISI 304 stainless steel and handcrafted in Italy, exude quality—accented by polished billet aluminum end caps and the understated ZARD logo that feels more like an artist's signature than a label
Weighing in at approximately 7.7 kg, these racing slip-ons shave about 0.3 kg off the bike’s stock exhaust setup—just enough to let the ride breathe a bit more freely. On the performance front, upgrading to the racing version netted a noticeable 2.2 hp boost—an unexpected jolt of excitement that made overtaking feel effortless and acceleration sharper
Installation was refreshingly straightforward—no ECU remapping required. Swapped them out with basic tools in just under an hour and hit the road with zero fuss
But the real magic? That sound. Deep, throaty, and rich—everything a touring Harley should roar like. It’s commanding without being obnoxious, and every twist of the throttle delivers that satisfying rumble that turns heads on quiet stretches.

If there was ever an upgrade that married elegance with raw touring capability, this is it. The ZARD slip-ons add style, substance, and an unmistakable presence—on the spec sheet and on the streets.

From Italian Craftsmanship to Road-Reborn Soul

I recently installed the ZARD “4.33 Inch Slip-Ons Flat” on my 2013 Harley-Davidson Road King Special—and wow, what a revelation. The moment they arrived, I could tell these weren’t just ordinary slip-ons. Crafted entirely in Italy from AISI 304 stainless steel, each silencer feels like a sculpted piece of art—especially with those sleek billet aluminum end caps and the subtle yet proud ZARD logo. I chose the polished finish for that just-right gleam beneath the sun.
Fitting them was refreshingly effortless. No ECU remapping needed—just swap, bolt, and roll. In under an hour, I was ready to ride.
Once rolling, the improvements were clear and immediate. The slight weight drop compared to stock—about 0.3 kg—makes the chassis feel more nimble. More importantly, that subtle horsepower bump—with 2.2 hp on the racing version—transforms throttle response and gives the road that extra push you didn’t know you were missing.
And the sound… oh, the sound. It’s not just louder—it’s deeper, richer, with a tone that’s both assertive and refined. It’s exactly the kind of growl that turns heads in the right way and never tires on long rides.

Comfort-wise, I noticed less radiant heat around my legs, even during slow city crawls—something I didn’t expect to appreciate so much until I experienced it.

In short: the ZARD slip-ons are a marriage of art and engineering. They elevate every aspect of the ride—from the visual upgrade and acoustic presence to the performance feel and daily rider comfort. If you’re running a Road King Special from that decade, these are an outstanding upgrade.

Italian Craftsmanship Meets Thrilling Performance—Zard Delivers

recently fitted the Zard “4.33 Inch Slip-Ons Flat” on my 2010 Harley-Davidson Road King Special, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Right out of the box, the build exudes quality—handsome stainless steel paired with crisp billet aluminum end caps and that subtle yet striking Zard logo. I opted for the matte black Cerakote® finish, and it gives the bike a sleek, refined edge that turns heads everywhere I go.

Installation was a breeze—no ECU tinkering needed—and I had them mounted in under an hour with just basic tools. On the throttle, the difference is unmistakable: throttle response is sharper, acceleration is more effortless, and there’s a definite power bump that injects new energy into every ride.

But let’s talk tone: the sound is downright sexy. A deep, resonant growl fills the air without ever overwhelming. It’s loud and proud—just the right amount of rumble for long rides without fatigue or annoyance. I’ve had fellow riders compliment the sound multiple times at stops.

Riding in hot weather used to roast me with heat from the stock pipes, but now things stay noticeably cooler around my legs—a small change that makes big comfort gains during longer routes.

In short: this isn’t just an upgrade—it’s a transformation. The Zard Slip-Ons bring Italian finesse, boosted power, and a head-turning soundtrack. If you ride a 2006–2016 Road King Special and are looking for a meaningful, high-quality enhancement—this is it.
