Highly recommended for V7 850 riders looking to elevate their ride.

I installed the ZARD Exhaust Slip-Ons on my 2022 Moto Guzzi V7 850, and it’s nothing short of transformative. These silencers are beautifully handcrafted in Italy from AISI 304 stainless steel, featuring a laser-cut bronzed tip and internal baffles that evoke both artistry and performance craftsmanship.
Massive Weight Savings:
Shedding approximately 4.2 kg off the stock system—reducing the exhaust to just 5 kg—the bike feels remarkably lighter and quicker. Turns feel sharper, and the throttle response is noticeably crisper.
Sound That Speaks Volumes:
From startup to cruising speeds, the sound is deep, warm, and deeply engaging—a perfect sonic match for the V7 850’s character. It’s louder than the stock exhaust, for sure, but in a refined way that enhances the ride without drawing unwanted attention.
Easy, No-Hassle Install:
No ECU remap? No structural mods? No problem. These slip-ons fit perfectly right out of the box, and I had them on the bike in under an hour.
Style with Substance:
I opted for the polished Euro 5 homologated version, but there’s also a sleek black finish available. Both options complement the V7’s retro-modern aesthetic beautifully, and there are even racing variants if you're chasing a more aggressive look or sound.

Elegance Meets Grit: A Slick, Sound-First Upgrade

I recently upgraded my 2022 Moto Guzzi V7 850 with the ZARD Exhaust Slip-Ons—and I'm thoroughly impressed. Right out of the box, it's obvious these are handcrafted pieces of art. Made from AISI 304 stainless steel with that subtle laser-cut bronzed tip and internal baffles, they feel premium and thoughtfully built
Performance & Weight:
Losing around 4.2 kg (down from ~9.2 kg to just 5 kg) made my V7 feel noticeably lighter and more agile The weight drop translates to sharper responsiveness and a livelier mid-range—especially noticeable when threading through tight turns.

Sound & Character:
At idle, the exhaust emits a rich, warm rumble that’s deep and dignified. Roll on the throttle and it blooms into a full-bodied growl—bold without being overpowering—perfect for both relaxed street rides and spirited open-road outings
Ease of Installation:
No ECU remaps or cutting required—it's a simple bolt-on swap that you can finish in under an hour. Fitment is spot-on, and they complement both the Special and Stone trim versions with equal finesse
Design & Finish Options:
Available in both polished and sleek black finishes, and offered in professional racing or Euro 5 homologated versions—ZARD gives you style and compliance choices
Final Verdict:
If you're after a genuine Italian upgrade that boosts weight savings, performance, and—critically—sound, the ZARD Slip-Ons are a compelling, no-nonsense upgrade. They balance classic Moto Guzzi charm with sporting flair and aural presence. Absolutely worth every penny.

That Transforms Ride Feel & Sound—Absolutely Worth It

As soon as I slipped the ZARD Exhaust Slip-Ons onto my 2022 Moto Guzzi V7 850, I knew I was in for something special. These handcrafted silencers, made of AISI 304 stainless steel with laser-cut bronzed detailing, look every bit as elegant as they sound
The first thing that hits you is the sound: a deeper, richer rumble at idle that blooms into a muscular, soulful growl when you open up the throttle. It respects the V7’s vintage charm while giving it a bold voice It’s louder than stock, for sure—but in a controlled, refined way that’s equally suited to a morning city cruise or a spirited weekend road trip.

Thanks to the significant weight reduction—dropping around 4.2 kg (from ~9.2 kg stock to 5 kg)—the bike feels noticeably lighter and more agile. Acceleration is crisper, and the mid-range power delivery feels smoother and more responsive Install was pleasantly straightforward—no ECU remap or modifications needed. I bolted them on and was ready to ride in under an hour Fitment was perfect; the finish—either polished or black—elevates the bike’s aesthetic, matching both the Special and Stone variants beautifully
From racing heritage to fine fitment, ZARD has earned its stripes. Their longstanding partnership with Moto Guzzi’s Guareschi tuning house and role in the V7 Fast Endurance series clearly shows—this is components-forged-on-the-track quality, designed for real-world performance
In short, if you're looking to enhance your V7 850’s performance, sound, and style with an authentic Italian touch, the ZARD Slip-Ons deliver—and then some.

An Incredible Sound and Performance Upgrade for the V7 850

I recently installed the ZARD Slip-Ons on my 2022 Moto Guzzi V7 850, and I am absolutely thrilled with the improvement. From the moment I fired up the bike after installation, it was clear that this exhaust is a game-changer. The fitment was perfect, and the sleek, stylish design really complements the V7’s vintage appeal.

The sound is where this exhaust truly shines. The stock exhaust was decent, but the ZARD Slip-Ons give the bike a deep, throaty growl that makes every ride so much more enjoyable. At idle, it has a smooth, rich rumble, and when you accelerate, it opens up into a full-bodied, aggressive tone that gives the V7 850 the sound it deserves. It’s louder than stock, but it’s a clean, refined sound — not too overwhelming, making it perfect for both short city rides and longer cruising on highways.

In terms of performance, the bike feels more responsive. The throttle is smoother, and the power delivery is much more linear. There’s an improvement in acceleration, especially in the mid-range, and the bike just feels more agile and engaging to ride overall.

Installation was quick and simple, and I didn’t need to make any adjustments to the ECU. The exhaust system fits perfectly, and the whole process took less than an hour.

If you're looking to add some personality, performance, and an exhilarating sound to your Moto Guzzi V7 850, I highly recommend the ZARD Slip-Ons. It’s a well-made, quality upgrade that brings out the best in this already incredible bike.
