The new Triumph Scrambler 1200 Full Kit racing is a true game-changer in style. A bold statement in design that doesn’t compromise on ease of use.

The distinctive shape ensures the rider maintains perfect riding experience, thanks to the improved heat dissipation. The kit consists of two equalized headers and racing slip-ons with end caps featuring a mesh grid, entirely designed and handcrafted in Italy using AISI 304 Stainless Steel.

Available in satin and black Cerakote® finish, a high-temperature protective that uses ceramic nanoparticles to create a thin, heat-resistant barrier that enhances efficiency, durability, and aesthetics.

In addition to the typical Zard sound, the exhaust stands out for its -4.2 kg (compared to the OEM exhaust system).

Attention: by installing the Full Kit Zard, the motorcycle's electronics in E5 Plus configuration might detect a catalyst anomaly due to anti-pollution regulations, causing the cat warning light (informative) to turn on without altering the motorcycle's performance in any way. To avoid the activation of this warning light, it is necessary to remap the ECU.

I just installed the ZARD Exhaust Twin Full Kit on my 2025 Triumph Scrambler 1200 XE—and wow, it's a total reinvention of the ride. Right from unboxing, the Italian craftsmanship stood out: stainless-steel slip-ons, carbon-fiber end caps with that mesh-grid flair, and a choice between satin or sleek black Cerakote® finish that looks as bold as it sounds
But where this kit truly shines is in performance. Swapping the stock setup, I shed about 4.2 kg (9.3 lbs)—and that agility gain is instantly noticeable, whether weaving through mountain curves or darting across town On top of that, there's a real power uplift—around +2.3 HP—giving that extra thrust when I roll on the throttle
Sound-wise, it's everything a scrambler should be: deep, energetic, and purposefully assertive without being obnoxious. It finally gives the bike a voice that matches its rugged look.

Installation? Better than OEM-level—flawless alignment from the headers down, and it even feels lighter heat on the thigh thanks to the improved heat dissipation design
Heads-up: I did get the catalytic converter warning light on my E5 Plus electronic setup. It doesn’t affect performance, but an ECU remap cleared it up cleanly—totally worth planning for

I recently enlisted the ZARD Exhaust and it's quickly become the highlight of my ride

Design & Build

Right out of the box, you can tell this is Italian craftsmanship at its finest. The kit pairs equalized stainless steel headers with sporty carbon-fiber end caps, both lightweight and stylish. Plus, it’s offered in satin or sleek black Cerakote® finishes—beautiful and durable under high heat.
Weight & Performance Benefits

Swapping the stock setup for this ZARD kit shed roughly 4.2 kg (9.3 lbs)—that’s a noticeable trim for better agility and overall handling.
As for power, there's a 2.3 HP bump, delivering livelier throttle response and a bit more mid-range punch.
Sound & Ride Feel

That classic “ZARD voice” is full-bodied and energetic—deep rumble at idle, robust bark when opening up the throttle. It gives the Scrambler that scrappy attitude without sounding unruly.

Fit & Installation

Everything slotted into place like an OEM part—snug and true. Plus, the design improves heat dissipation, keeping thigh burns at bay.
Important Heads-Up

I do want to flag one thing: if your bike runs on the E5 Plus engine management system, the kit may trigger a catalytic converter warning light. It’s just an informative signal and doesn’t affect performance—but a remap of the ECU is recommended to silence it.

I just got the ZARD Exhaust Twin Full Kit installed on my 2024 Triumph Scrambler 1200 XE, and wow—what a transformation. Right off the bat, the Italian craftsmanship blew me away: equalized stainless steel headers paired with sporty carbon-fiber end caps that look like they came straight off a pro race bike
But let’s talk performance: stripping off the stock system slashed 4.2 kg (9.3 lbs) from the bike, giving it noticeably better agility and nimble handling—especially welcome on twisty backroads or when hustling through city traffic And yes, there’s a modest bump of +2.3 HP, which lends that extra bit of pep from mid-range up
Sound-wise, it finally gives the Scrambler the bold voice it silently craved. Deep, throaty, and a bit aggressive—but refined enough that it doesn’t scream “race bike” when cruising around town. Installation was a breeze, with an OEM-level fit that lined up perfectly—even to the point where you’d think it was a factory option. I love that balance between looks and performance.

A heads-up though: if your bike runs the E5 Plus electronics, expect the dreaded catalytic converter warning light. It doesn’t affect performance, but it's better to plan for an ECU remap to keep the dash clean
All in all, this upgrade is worth every penny. It blends Italian flair, solid weight savings, a slight power boost, and that perfect scrambler growl. If you're aiming to elevate your ride both in style and substance, this ZARD Full Kit earns a permanent spot on mine.

I recently installed the ZARD Exhaust Twin Full Kit on my 2025 Triumph Scrambler 1200 XE, and honestly, it’s been a top-tier upgrade from day one. What first grabbed me was the craftsmanship—those Italian-made, equalized stainless steel headers paired with carbon-fiber end caps look absolutely stunning, and the build feels undeniably premium
In terms of performance, the difference is truly noticeable. The kit trims a hefty 4.2 kg, giving me a more nimble ride—especially noticeable on twisty mountain roads. Plus, there’s a modest bump of about 2.3 HP, which adds that extra zip to the throttle response that riders crave.
Now, let’s talk sound: this exhaust gives the Scrambler a low, throaty growl that’s equal parts aggressive and refined. It has that “scrambler attitude” whether you’re carving blacktop or trying to shred some gravel trails.
Installation was smooth, with everything lining up perfectly and capturing an OEM-level fit. Do note, though—if your bike is running the E5 Plus electronics setup, you may trigger a catalytic converter warning light. I opted for an ECU remap to keep the dash clean, and it made a difference—no warning, no hassles.
Overall, if you’re looking to amp up the sound, reduce weight, and enhance response on your 2024–2025 Scrambler 1200, this ZARD Full Kit is a standout. It’s one of the most striking upgrades I’ve added in a while—definitely worth the investment.

I recently upgraded my 2024 Triumph Scrambler 1200 XE with the ZARD Full Kit Twin Exhaust, and the transformation is unreal. The craftsmanship is impeccable—beautiful welds, lightweight materials, and that unmistakable high-mounted twin-pipe scrambler look that makes the bike stand out even more.

The sound is exactly what I was hoping for: a deep, throaty rumble with a clean bark when accelerating. It gives the Scrambler the attitude it deserves, whether you're cruising pavement or kicking up dirt on backroads.

Performance has noticeably improved too. Throttle response is sharper, and the bike feels more responsive throughout the rev range. Plus, ditching the stock exhaust shaved off a good bit of weight, which is always a bonus on trails.

Installation was smooth, everything aligned perfectly, and the fit is OEM-quality. ZARD nailed it with this kit—if you want to take your Scrambler 1200 to the next level, this is the way to go.
