The 2‑in‑1 Full Kit by Zard for the Yamaha MT‑07 is handcrafted in Italy with great attention to detail and performance. The structure is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, with a sleeve in stainless steel, and is available with an end cap in either carbon fiber or stainless steel. The finish is available in either brushed or black ceramic coating.

Available in both racing (with removable db-killer) and Euro 4/5 homologated versions, it gives the MT‑07 a deep, rich, and adjustable sound thanks to the db-killer, with no compromises. It improves the power delivery curve for quicker throttle response. Installation is plug‑&‑play and requires no modifications or remapping.

The total weight of the Zard full kit is just 3.7 kg (8.2 lbs), compared to the original system’s 8 kg (17.6 lbs), offering a significant weight reduction of −4.3 kg (−9.5 lbs) and enhanced agility and throttle response.

Each Zard exhaust for Yamaha MT‑07 is handmade in our facility in Italy. A product crafted with attention to every detail, combining real performance, an exciting sound, and an unmistakable look.

I recently installed the ZARD Full Exhaust System on my 2021 Yamaha MT-07, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the upgrade. The sound is absolutely incredible—deep, throaty, and full of character. I recently upgraded my 2020 Yamaha MT-07 with the ZARD Full Exhaust System, and I have to say, it has completely transformed my bike. The sound is absolutely amazing—deep, aggressive, and smooth, with that perfect growl. It’s loud when I need it to be but refined enough for longer rides, which is exactly what I was hoping for. Every time I open the throttle, the exhaust just roars, and it adds so much character to the bike.
