A dramatic upgrade in style, weight, and performance—ZARD delivers on all fronts.

I recently fitted the ZARD Full Kit 2:1 Exhaust onto my 2023 Harley-Davidson Fat Bob 114, and the difference is night and day.
Build Quality & Style
The craftsmanship is immediately noticeable—this full kit is built from sturdy AISI 304 stainless steel and features an anodized aluminum end cap. You can pick from satin, matte black Cerakote®, or polished finishes—all of which add a refined touch to the bike’s aggressive profile.
Install Experience
Installation was straightforward and clean. The kit integrates effortlessly with OEM passenger footrests and saddlebags—no modifications were needed.
Weight & Performance Gains
This is where things get exciting. I opted for the Racing version, which shaved off a substantial 5.1 kg from the stock system—this weight drop is immediately spectacular at speed. Plus, it delivers a solid +4 hp performance bump.
For those riding in areas that require emissions conformity, the Euro 4/5 homologated variant still offers excellent results: 4.9 kg of weight savings and around +2.1 hp—a balanced blend of legality and performance
Ride Feel & Sound
With the lighter setup, the bike turns more crisply and throttle response feels sharper—like the engine wakes up with a renewed sense of purpose. The 2:1 layout delivers a deep, commanding growl that commands respect without veering into excessive volume territory. Riding with that rumble is addictive.

Final Verdict
If you’re riding a Fat Bob 114 between 2017 and 2024, this ZARD Full Kit 2:1 is a standout upgrade. It enhances aesthetics, slims down weight, adds horsepower, and gives you that exhilarating sound—all while fitting seamlessly and looking fantastic. A premium, performance-focused upgrade that truly earns every penny.

Effortless install, real power gains, and that authoritative growl—ZARD nails it

I upgraded my 2022 Harley-Davidson Fat Bob 114 with the ZARD Full Kit 2:1 Exhaust, and the transformation is nothing short of impressive.

Installation was a breeze: this full kit slots in seamlessly and is fully compatible with OEM passenger footrests and saddlebags—no modifications necessary
Build and Style: The kit is expertly crafted from AISI 304 stainless steel and capped with a sleek anodized aluminum end cap. You get to choose from satin, matte black Cerakote®, or polished finishes, each of which adds a refined yet aggressive touch to the Fat Bob's aesthetic.
Weight Savings & Performance: The stats are remarkable. I opted for the Racing version, which cuts approximately 5.1 kg (over 11 lbs) compared to the stock system and delivers a solid +4 hp boost. My buddy went with the homologated Euro 4/5 version on his bike and still saw a significant 4.9 kg weight reduction and around +2.1 hp, all while staying street-legal.
Ride Feel & Throttle Response: The lighter system noticeably sharpens handling—turn-ins feel swifter, and the bike responds quicker when opening the throttle. Those horsepower gains are modest on paper but feel lively in every ride.

Sound: The 2:1 design gives the bike a deep, commanding growl that turns heads without crossing into obnoxiously loud territory. It strikes an excellent balance—aggressive yet refined.

Verdict: If you’re riding a Harley-Davidson Fat Bob 114 (2017–2024), the ZARD Full Kit 2:1 Exhaust is a standout upgrade. It enhances aesthetics, sheds weight, boosts performance, and gives you that signature rumble—all in a package that literally bolts right on.

Italian craftsmanship meets real-world gains—ZARD’s 2:1 kit is a game changer

I installed the ZARD Full Kit 2:1 Exhaust on my 2023 Harley-Davidson Fat Bob 114 and it’s hands-down one of the most satisfying upgrades I’ve made. Right off the bat, the build quality stood out—the system is crafted from AISI 304 stainless steel with a refined anodized aluminum end cap. You can choose from satin, matte black Cerakote®, or polished finishes—each one looks striking on the bike
Installation was smooth and uncomplicated. The kit integrates perfectly without needing to remove passenger footrests or saddlebags—very plug-and-play
Once fitted, the performance improvements were clear. I went with the Racing version, which cut nearly 5.1 kg off the bike’s weight while delivering a noticeable +4 hp boost—translating to sharper throttle response and a more agile ride My riding buddy chose the Euro 4/5 homologated version on his own bike—still impressive with 4.9 kg of weight saved and about +2.1 hp added, yet legal for street use in tighter jurisdictions
What really stole the show, though, was the sound. That 2:1 configuration gives the Fat Bob a deep, authoritative growl—bold and commanding, but not painfully loud. It echoes the soul of Harley without inducing ear fatigue.

Bottom line? If you're riding a Fat Bob 114 from 2017 to 2024, the ZARD Full Kit 2:1 is a standout upgrade—stylistically sharp, visibly lighter, and performance-rich, with a soundtrack to match. A perfect blend of Italian design and oomph that elevates every mile.

Streamlined design, stronger pull, and that commanding growl—ZARD brings the heat.

I installed the ZARD Full Kit 2:1 Exhaust on my 2020 Fat Bob 114, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best upgrades I’ve made. The kit is fabricated with AISI 304 stainless steel and features a stylish black-anodized aluminum end cap. Available in satin, matte black Cerakote®, or a polished finish—each option adds a standout look to the bike
The installation process was hassle-free—no body modifications needed—and the exhaust fits flawlessly with OEM saddlebags and passenger footrests Once installed, the difference was immediately noticeable: the Racing version sheds about 5.1 kg, while the Homologated Euro 4/5 version still trims off a solid 4.9 kg compared to the stock system
Performance-wise, the improvements are tangible. The Racing variant delivers a +4 hp boost, and even the homologated version adds around +2.1 hp, translating to sharper throttle response and stronger mid-range acceleration
But what really makes this exhaust pop is the sound. That 2:1 layout gives it a deep, assertive growl—rich and commanding without tipping into excessively loud territory. Rolling into a corner with that rumble—it’s pure adrenaline.

Overall, this upgrade delivers on all fronts: style, weight loss, performance, and pure aural satisfaction. If you’re riding a Fat Bob 114 from 2017 to 2024, the ZARD Full Kit 2:1 Exhaust is a no-brainer.

Sleek design, lighter feel, and that unmistakable roar—ZARD nailed it

I just installed the ZARD Full Kit 2:1 Exhaust on my 2022 Fat Bob 114, and it completely transformed the bike. Right away, you can see and feel the craftsmanship—AISI 304 stainless steel construction with a slick anodized aluminum end cap. Whether you go for satin, matte black Cerakote®, or a polished finish, it looks outstanding on the bike
Installation was pleasantly painless—no tricky modifications needed. The kit fits seamlessly with the OEM passenger footrests and saddlebags. Instant bike upgrade, zero hassle
Then there's the weight. Swapping in the Racing version, my bike shed about 5.1 kg, and even the homologated Euro 4/5 version delivers nearly 4.9 kg of weight reduction. That difference is noticeable—cornering feels tighter, overall handling more responsive
Performance? Immediate gains. The Racing version gave me an extra 4 hp, while the homologated version added about 2.1 hp. Don’t let the numbers fool you—they translate to sharper throttle response and a livelier mid-range that you can feel with every twist of the throttle
Sound is where things really shine. That 2:1 design gives the Fat Bob a robust, authoritative growl—deep and assertive without being obnoxiously loud. It sounds aggressive, energetic—but refined enough for longer rides.

Bonus: I noticed a reduction in engine heat transferred to my leg during extended rides. Definitely a comfort upgrade I didn’t expect—but certainly appreciate.

Overall, the ZARD Full Kit 2:1 is a complete win—striking design, significant weight savings, sound that commands attention, and a noticeable boost in performance. If you ride a Fat Bob 114 from 2017 to 2024, this is hands-down one of the best bolt-on upgrades you can make.
