I’d heard rumors—but installing the ZARD Full Kit 2:1 Exhaust (Racing version) on my 2018 Low Rider S completely transformed the riding experience. The moment I opened the garage, I noticed the bike’s new swagger. The kit sheds a hefty 5.1 kg, according to ZARD, and delivers a genuine +4 hp boost—it’s not just marketing fluff; it’s performance you can feel rolling through the mid-range.
Then there’s the build quality—top-tier. Crafted in AISI 304 stainless steel with an anodized aluminum end cap, it radiates quality. I chose the satin finish, which offers a subtle yet refined look that sits just right with the Low Rider aesthetic.
Installation? Smooth and straightforward. The Long Rider S retained full compatibility with passenger pegs and OEM saddlebags—no sweaty swaps required.
The exhaust note is something else: a rich, deep growl that commands attention without drowning out the conversation. It’s throaty and confident—just what a Harley should sound like.
Plus, riding in the heat of Ecuador’s highlands, I actually noticed less radiated heat on my right leg. Longer rides that once burned now feel much more livable.
In short—this kit isn’t just an add-on; it's a transformation. If you're rolling an M8-powered Low Rider S and want better sound, sharper performance, and undeniable looks—this is the upgrade.
Living in Quito, where every ride comes with a side of altitude and sunshine, I decided it was time to upgrade my 2020 Low Rider S with the ZARD Full Kit 2:1 Exhaust—I went all-in on the Racing version, and the change was instant. Even from idle, there’s a liveliness in the throttle that wasn't there before. With a claimed –5.1 kg weight drop and a real +4 hp gain, the bike doesn't just move—it dances beneath you
The craftsmanship is top-tier. The headers are clean stainless steel with sharp MIG welds, and the anodized aluminum end cap gives it a refined touch that looks factory-made—but better. I chose the matte-black Cerakote finish for stealth mode, and it pairs perfectly with the Low Rider’s aggressive silhouette.
Installation was a breeze. Everything aligned perfectly without needing special tools or modifications. Best part? The passenger peg and OEM saddlebag compatibility stayed intact—ride-ready and practical
On the road, the sound is spectacular—a deep and commanding growl that commands respect but doesn’t assault your ears. It floats through traffic with a precise tone, turning heads at every red light."
"Riding through Ecuador’s heat used to mean battling engine heat radiating up my leg—it was unbearable at times. With the ZARD system, the heat is remarkably tamed. Long rides now stay comfortable from the city to the highlands."
"This kit isn't just an accessory—it transformed the soul of my Low Rider S. If you want performance, looks, and sound that genuinely elevate the riding experience, this ZARD Full Kit is worth every cent."
I finally took the plunge and installed the ZARD Full Kit 2:1 Exhaust—Racing version—on my 2021 Harley-Davidson Low Rider S. Right off the first ride, I felt a remarkable shift in the bike’s personality. That mid-range power surge is unmistakable—ZARD claims a –5.1 kg weight reduction and a +4 hp gain over the stock exhaust, and it lives up to those numbers with a performance that feels lively and responsive
The craftsmanship alone is worth the upgrade. Built from AISI 304 stainless steel, it sports precision headers and a sleek anodized aluminum end cap that gleams under sunlight. This kit is no lightweight showpiece—it’s engineered, refined, and unapologetically badass
I chose the Racing finish in matte black Cerakote, and it fits the Low Rider S like a glove. Plus, installation was surprisingly smooth—everything aligned perfectly, and it’s totally compatible with the passenger footrests and OEM saddlebags
Now, about the sound—the exhaust note is a deep, commanding roar that’s polished enough for traffic yet gritty enough to stir up attention at every stoplight. It’s that sweet spot between refined engineering and raw Harley attitude.
Long ride comfort got a serious upgrade, too. The engine area runs noticeably cooler, even when cruising under Quito’s high-altitude sun. No more scorching sensations—just smooth, confident performance.
In short, this is more than just an accessory—it breathes new life into the Low Rider S. If you’re riding one from 2017 to 2024 and want an all-around upgrade—sound, performance, look—this is the one.
I recently installed the ZARD Full Kit 2:1 Exhaust on my 2020 Harley Davidson Low Rider S, and I have to say, this exhaust has exceeded all of my expectations. From the sound to the performance, every aspect of this upgrade has made my bike more enjoyable to ride.
First, the quality of the ZARD Full Kit 2:1 Exhaust is outstanding. The chrome finish is flawless, and the exhaust feels incredibly sturdy and well-built. I was impressed with the attention to detail, and it’s clear that ZARD has put a lot of effort into crafting a premium product.
Installation was straightforward. The fitment was perfect, and it only took me about an hour to install the system. The instructions were clear, and everything lined up without any issues. I was able to get the exhaust installed with no hassle, which is always a bonus.
In terms of performance, the improvement was immediately noticeable. The throttle response is much smoother, and the bike feels more responsive overall. The torque at low RPMs has significantly improved, which has made acceleration more powerful and immediate. The exhaust system allows the engine to breathe more freely, and the bike just feels more alive. Whether I’m cruising on the highway or taking tight corners, the Low Rider S now handles with a newfound agility and power.
As for the sound, the ZARD Full Kit 2:1 Exhaust delivers an incredible, deep rumble that is exactly what I was hoping for. It has that unmistakable Harley growl that’s rich and throaty, but it’s not overwhelming. The tone is aggressive but refined, making it perfect for both short rides and long cruises. I’ve received countless compliments from fellow riders about how great my bike sounds, and it’s a true joy to hear every time I start it up.
One of the best features is that the bike runs cooler now. The heat from the exhaust is much less noticeable, even during long rides in the summer heat. This improvement has made longer trips much more comfortable.
Overall, I’m extremely happy with the ZARD Full Kit 2:1 Exhaust for my Harley Davidson Low Rider S. It’s a high-quality exhaust that enhances the sound, performance, and comfort of the bike. If you’re looking for a top-tier exhaust upgrade, I highly recommend this system—well worth the investment!
