I just installed, and wow — it's transformed my bike in every way.

From the moment I unboxed it, I could tell this is a premium product. Built with AISI 304 stainless steel and topped off with a black anodized aluminum end cap, it feels rock-solid and exudes quality craftsmanship
Installation was impressively seamless — everything aligned perfectly, and I was back out on the road in under an hour. Plus, it plays nicely with the original passenger footrests and saddlebags, which is a huge win for keeping things practical
Once fired up, the difference was immediate. I chose the racing version, which shaved off a solid 5.1 kg compared to the stock system and bumped up performance by +4 hp — the bike felt significantly lighter and more responsive, especially when accelerating from a stop or pulling onto the highway
But the pièce de résistance? The sound. It's got that deep, resonant Harley growl that commands attention—bold without being obnoxious. Every bit as satisfying cruising through town as it is roaring on the open road.

Another pleasant surprise: temperature management. The exhaust runs cooler, and I've noticed less heat radiating around my right leg when idling or crawling through traffic. Comfortable and thoughtful—thanks, ZARD.

The kit is available in multiple finishes—satin, matte black Cerakote®, or polished—so you can match your aesthetic perfectly
I went with the matte black Cerakote®, and it adds a sleek, stealthy edge that elevates the bike’s appearance.

the upgrade has exceeded every expectation from performance to aesthetics and ride comfort

From the moment I unboxed it, the craftsmanship stood out. The kit is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, complete with a black anodized aluminum end cap—high-quality materials that feel both sturdy and refined
Installation? Smooth as silk. Everything lined up perfectly, and I was riding again in less than an hour. It’s clearly engineered for hassle-free bolt-on fitment
Once running, the racing version's benefits are immediately noticeable: it cuts weight by around 5.1 kg and adds +4 hp over the stock setup The bike feels lighter, more responsive, and acceleration is noticeably sharper. City traffic maneuvers and highway overtakes both feel more confident thanks to the enhanced mid-range punch.

And the sound? Deliciously deep and meaningful. It delivers a throaty growl that’s assertive but never obnoxious—a perfect balance for both neighborhood rolling and long-distance cruising.

A standout bonus: the exhaust runs cooler. I can genuinely feel the difference around my right leg during extended stops or slow traffic—it’s so much more comfortable now.

I chose the matte black Cerakote® finish to complement my bike’s styling. It’s subtle yet bold, adding a clean, modern edge
All the performance gains come with thoughtful design touches too—the kit doesn’t force removal of the passenger footrests or saddlebags, which keeps things practical

I’m honestly blown away by how it transformed my ride.

From the moment I unpacked it, the build quality spoke volumes. The AISI 304 stainless steel feels solid and premium, the black-anodized aluminum end cap adds a crisp, custom flair, and the overall craftsmanship is second to none—clearly a product of meticulous Italian design from Centro Stile Zard
Installation was smooth and straightforward. Everything fit perfectly, aligning with the standards of OEM parts. No headaches, no improvising—just a clean, bolt-on experience. The kit even allows you to keep your stock passenger footrests and saddlebags, which kept things simple and convenient
Once I fired up the bike, the performance gains were immediate. The racing version sheds about 5.1 kg, and delivers roughly +4 hp, versus the OEM system—a noticeable difference in both acceleration and handling The bike feels more responsive, especially in the mid-range, making city riding and highway merging alike feel sharper and livelier.

Now, let’s talk about that sound—deliciously deep and throaty. It’s aggressive without being obnoxiously loud, offering that iconic Harley growl that commands attention but doesn’t upset neighbors or get tiring on longer rides
As a bonus, the exhaust runs noticeably cooler. Heat disperses better, resulting in a more comfortable leg zone during rides—especially handy when traffic slows and the engine gets busy.

All of these improvements come wrapped in three sleek finish options: satin, matte black Cerakote®, or polished—so you can match the exhaust to your bike’s style. Overall, this ZARD kit marries performance, aesthetics, and usability in a way that genuinely enhances the entire riding experience.

If you’re thinking of upgrading your Softail Standard’s exhaust, this ZARD Full Kit 2:1 is absolutely worth every penny. Stylish, powerful, and well-engineered—what more could you ask for?

I recently upgraded my 2022 Harley Davidson Softail Standard with the ZARD Full Kit 2:1 Exhaust, and I can’t believe the difference it’s made. This exhaust has completely transformed my bike, both in terms of performance and sound, and I am absolutely thrilled with the upgrade.

First off, the ZARD Full Kit 2:1 Exhaust is built to perfection. The chrome finish is flawless, and the materials used feel incredibly solid and durable. The exhaust system itself looks sleek, aggressive, and custom—exactly what I wanted for my Softail Standard. It adds a great custom touch, and I’ve already received compliments from fellow riders on how awesome it looks. Installation was a breeze. The fitment was perfect, and it took me less than an hour to install the full kit. The instructions were easy to follow, and everything lined up without a hitch.

In terms of performance, the difference is night and day. The throttle response is much smoother, and the bike feels more responsive. I noticed a significant improvement in low-end torque, which makes the bike feel even more powerful during acceleration. The power delivery is more consistent throughout the RPM range, making it a more enjoyable and engaging ride. The 2:1 configuration has really allowed the engine to breathe better, and you can feel that difference when you’re riding, whether you’re at a stoplight or cruising on the freeway.

The sound is where the ZARD Full Kit 2:1 Exhaust really shines. It provides a deep, rich, and throaty rumble that is exactly what I was hoping for. The tone is aggressive but not too loud—it’s perfect for getting noticed without being uncomfortable on longer rides. The bike now has that unmistakable Harley growl, which makes every ride feel a little more special. I love the sound every time I fire it up.

Additionally, I’ve noticed the bike runs cooler now, especially during longer rides. The heat from the exhaust has been greatly reduced, which has made a huge difference in comfort. I no longer feel the heat radiating onto my right leg, which was a problem with the stock exhaust.

Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the ZARD Full Kit 2:1 Exhaust for my Harley Davidson Softail Standard. It’s an incredible upgrade that improves the sound, performance, and comfort of the bike. If you’re looking to upgrade your exhaust, I highly recommend this system—it’s absolutely worth the investment!
