After fitting the ZARD Full Kit 2:1 on my 2018 Road Glide Limited, I was genuinely impressed with how dramatically it transformed the bike. The kit—including headers, a short-cone slip-on, and that striking black anodized aluminum end cap—is crafted from high-quality AISI 304 stainless steel and was clearly designed with precision and style in mind
Installation was a breeze—everything lined up perfectly, and with straightforward instructions, I had it fully installed in under an hour. It’s mounting precision like this that makes a DIY install feel professional and rewarding
But the real magic is on the road. The Racing version of this kit shaves off a substantial 9.5 kg, dropping the exhaust weight to just 5.6 kg, and delivers a noticeable +4 hp boost—the kind of performance gain that you can feel in every throttle twist My bike feels more responsive, with a crisper throttle, enhanced low-end torque, and a livelier overall acceleration.

And yes—the sound is worth the upgrade alone. The exhaust delivers a deep, rich rumble with that unmistakable Harley growl. It’s loud enough to announce your presence, yet refined enough for long rides without fatigue
Everything combined—the performance, the aesthetics, the DIY-friendly install—makes this exhaust feel like a premium upgrade that lives up to its reputation.

I recently installed the ZARD Full Kit 2:1 on my 2019 Road Glide Limited and was genuinely impressed. Crafted from AISI 304 stainless steel with a sleek black anodized aluminum end cap, the fit and finish are unmistakably premium—credit to its Centro Stile Zard origins
From a performance standpoint, opting for the Racing version of this kit was a game-changer. The weight dropped significantly—around 9.5 kg lighter than stock—and the bike felt noticeably more responsive, especially thanks to the 4 additional horsepower The result? Crisper acceleration and more engaging throttle response that brought new life to my ride.

Installation was straightforward: all parts aligned perfectly, and it only took about an hour to install. The clear instructions made for a satisfying DIY install.

While I didn’t go for the Homologated version, it’s good to note that it still offers a solid 2.1-hp gain and about 9.3 kg in weight savings a worthy option for those who need Euro 4/5 compliance.

The only reason I’m holding back a fifth star is the price: at nearly $1,935 USD, it’s a serious investment But you absolutely get what you pay for—the performance, craftsmanship, and attitude are all top-tier. In summary: If you're seeking a dramatic performance boost, weight reduction, and that unmistakable custom look, the ZARD Full Kit 2:1 is one of the most compelling upgrades you can give your Road Glide Limited.

I recently upgraded my 2020 Road Glide Limited with the ZARD Full Kit 2:1 exhaust, and I'm blown away. Installation was seamless—everything aligned perfectly, and the instructions were crystal clear, making it a satisfying one-hour DIY job. The build quality stands out: the stainless steel finish is sleek, and the black anodized aluminum end cap adds a refined touch that really elevates the bike’s aesthetic.
On the road, the performance uplift is immediately noticeable. There’s a palpable boost in low-end torque and throttle response, bringing extra zest to every acceleration. The lighter exhaust (shedding around 9.5 kg) makes the bike feel more agile, and I can feel every extra 4 horsepower when I give it a good twist. That said, even the homologated version feels potent with its 2.1 hp gain.
Not only does it sound deeper and more commanding, but the whole riding experience has become more engaging. Plus, switching between the Racing and Homologated versions offers flexibility depending on whether I’m doing spirited weekend rides or just cruising through town.

In summary, this exhaust strikes the perfect balance between style, sound, and performance. If you're looking to upgrade your Road Glide Limited, this ZARD kit is absolutely worth it.

I just installed the ZARD Full Kit 2:1 Exhaust on my 2019 Harley Davidson Road Glide Limited, and I’m beyond impressed with the results. This exhaust has completely changed the way my bike rides and sounds, and I couldn’t be happier with the decision to go with ZARD.

From the moment I unboxed the ZARD Full Kit 2:1 Exhaust, I could tell that this is a premium product. The finish is flawless, with a shiny chrome look that catches the eye, and the build quality is exceptional. Everything is well-crafted, solid, and feels like it’s built to last. The fitment was perfect, and the system bolted right up without any issues. Installation was a breeze, and I was able to get the exhaust installed in under an hour thanks to the clear and easy-to-follow instructions.

Performance-wise, this exhaust system is a game-changer. The throttle response is smoother, and the bike feels much more responsive overall. The low-end torque has significantly improved, making acceleration from a stop feel more powerful and immediate. The 2:1 configuration really allows the engine to breathe better, which has resulted in more consistent and efficient power delivery. Whether I’m cruising down the highway or taking tight turns, the bike feels stronger and more connected to the road.

But let’s talk about the sound—this is where the ZARD Full Kit 2:1 Exhaust really shines. It produces a deep, throaty rumble that is exactly what I was hoping for. The tone is rich, aggressive, and loud enough to make a statement, but it’s not overbearing on long rides. It’s the perfect Harley growl that people take notice of but doesn’t get too loud to be uncomfortable. I’ve had multiple people stop me to compliment the sound.

Another benefit I’ve noticed is that the bike runs cooler. The heat coming from the exhaust has been significantly reduced, especially during longer rides. I no longer feel the heat radiating onto my leg, which was a big issue with the stock exhaust system, particularly during the summer.

Overall, I’m extremely happy with the ZARD Full Kit 2:1 Exhaust for my Harley Davidson Road Glide Limited. It’s a top-notch upgrade that enhances the bike’s performance, sound, and overall comfort. If you’re considering an exhaust upgrade for your bike, I highly recommend this one. It’s truly an investment worth making!

I recently installed the ZARD Full Kit 2:1 Exhaust on my 2020 Harley Davidson Road Glide Limited, and it has completely transformed the ride. I’m absolutely impressed with this exhaust system, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

First off, the quality of the ZARD Full Kit 2:1 Exhaust is exceptional. The chrome finish is flawless, and the materials used feel incredibly durable and premium. The exhaust looks sleek and aggressive, adding a custom, high-end appearance to my Road Glide Limited. The fitment was perfect, and installation was straightforward. The exhaust was easy to install, and the instructions made the process quick and hassle-free. I had it fully installed in less than an hour with no issues.

In terms of performance, the difference is immediately noticeable. The throttle response is much smoother, and the bike feels much more responsive at all RPMs. The low-end torque is significantly improved, which has made acceleration from a stop much quicker and more powerful. The bike feels stronger across the entire RPM range, and the 2:1 system really helps the engine breathe, resulting in smoother power delivery. Whether I’m in the city or cruising down the highway, the bike feels more connected and powerful.

Now, let’s talk about the sound. The ZARD Full Kit 2:1 Exhaust sounds absolutely incredible. It delivers a deep, throaty rumble that is loud enough to be heard but not obnoxious. The tone is rich and resonant, and it has that signature Harley growl that everyone loves. It’s the perfect balance of aggressive yet refined. I’ve had multiple riders stop me to ask what exhaust I’m running because of how great it sounds.

Additionally, I’ve noticed that the bike runs cooler now. The heat from the exhaust is noticeably reduced, and I no longer feel the heat radiating onto my leg during long rides, which was a common issue with the stock exhaust. This improvement has made longer rides far more comfortable, especially on hot days.

Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with the ZARD Full Kit 2:1 Exhaust for my Harley Davidson Road Glide Limited. It’s a high-quality upgrade that enhances the bike’s sound, performance, and comfort. If you’re looking for a top-tier exhaust system, I highly recommend this one. It’s worth every penny!
