The new range of Zard Triumph Speed 400 exhaust is the result of technological research, development, and design from the Zard Centro Stile. Zard offers a Full Kit racing composed of a stainless steel header and silencer.

The result is a product handcrafted in Italy, characterized by extreme lightweight (-7.2 kg compared to the standard exhaust system) and a significant increase in performance (+2.1 hp compared to the stock exhaust system).

These qualities are attributed to a distinctive design and an underframe mounting solution that underscores the strengths of a motorcycle featuring a premium structure, accompanied by an invigorating sound profile in authentic Zard fashion.

I recently upgraded my 2024 Triumph Speed 400 with the ZARD Full Kit Exhaust, and the difference is honestly night and day. This bike is already a blast to ride, but the ZARD system takes it to another level.

The exhaust looks stunning—clean, minimal, and premium. It adds a more aggressive edge to the Speed 400’s modern-retro design without going over the top. The installation was quick and easy, with everything fitting perfectly and no mods needed.

The real highlight, though, is the sound. The stock system was tame, but this ZARD setup gives the bike a throaty, responsive growl that turns heads without being obnoxious. It feels more alive and connected—especially in the mid-range, where the throttle response is noticeably crisper.
