Transformed the Tiger – More Power, Better Sound, Sleek Look

I recently installed the ZARD Full Kit on my 2022 Tiger Sport 660, and the difference is incredible. The bike was already fun out of the box, but this exhaust really brings it to life. From the moment I fired it up, the sound was noticeably deeper and more refined — a perfect match for the triple engine.

The ZARD system adds a nice growl at idle and a satisfying roar when you’re on the throttle. It’s not obnoxiously loud, just enough to make the bike feel more alive and engaging. I do a mix of commuting and weekend rides, and it works great for both.

Build quality is excellent — everything from the finish to the welds is premium. It’s significantly lighter than the stock setup, and the design looks much cleaner and more aggressive. Installation was straightforward, and everything fit perfectly without any modifications.

I did a quick ECU reset after install, and the bike feels more responsive, especially in the mid-range. It’s not just louder — it rides better, too.
