That Supercharges Your Street Bob

just installed the ZARD Slip-On Exhaust for my 2025 Harley-Davidson Street Bob, and let me tell you—it’s a total game-changer. Right out of the box, the craftsmanship impressed me: finely hand-worked AISI 304 stainless steel, available in sleek polished or Cerakote® black finishes, topped with that understated yet bold ZARD steel badge and a black anodized billet aluminum end cap. It feels like a piece of Italian design art, not just a motorcycle part.
Installation? A breeze. No complicated tuning or ECU remaps—just a clean, bolt-on installation that let me be riding again in under half an hour.
I tested both versions:

Racing version: Weighs about 3.3 kg, shedding approximately 0.2 kg from stock, and delivers a sharp +3.1 horsepower.
Euro 5+ homologated version: Slight bump in weight at 3.4 kg, for a still respectable +1.9 horsepower gain.
On the road, the difference is unmistakable. Throttle response is crisper, acceleration feels snappier, and the rumble? That classic ZARD growl—deep, commanding, and just the right amount of attention-grabbing without being obnoxious.

Compact, Italianly Refined—and Seriously Fun to Ride

From the moment I held the ZARD Slip-On Exhaust for my 2025 Harley-Davidson Street Bob, I knew this was no ordinary upgrade. Crafted in Italy using top-tier AISI 304 stainless steel, the silencer is compact yet striking, with clean design lines and meticulous craftsmanship—including that tasteful ZARD steel badge and black anodized billet aluminum end cap. I chose the Cerakote black finish for its stealthy, head-turning aesthetic.
Wrestling it onto the bike was refreshingly straightforward—no ECU remap or fine-tuning necessary. In under half an hour, I was literally ready to roll.
Here's what’s under the hood:

Racing version: sheds roughly 0.2 kg (3.3 kg total), and adds a crisp +3.1 hp.

Euro 5+ homologated version: slightly heavier at around 3.4 kg, with a +1.9 hp gain.
On the road, the difference is night and day. Acceleration feels noticeably livelier—responsiveness you feel through the bars. And the sound… that deep, resonant growl that’s unmistakably ZARD—bold but not obnoxious. It reminds you why a Harley ride should awaken the senses.

That Transforms the Ride

From the moment I unboxed the ZARD Slip-On Exhaust, the craftsmanship was obvious—sleek stainless steel, whether polished or cloaked in Cerakote® black, topped off with an elegant ZARD steel badge and a striking black anodized billet aluminum end cap—it’s a piece of art
Installation was a breeze—under 30 minutes in my driveway, with zero ECU remapping needed. It was truly a bolt-on, ride-off experience
But the real magic happened once I fired it up. The Racing version added a burly +3.1 horsepower, while the Euro 5+ homologated version still delivered a stout +1.9 horsepower—all while trimming weight to just 3.3 kg and 3.4 kg, respectively
On the road, the difference is unmistakable. Throttle response is sharper, pull is stronger, and the characteristic ZARD growl—deep and assertive but never unruly—adds a level of presence that turns heads

A Game Changer for My 2025 Street Bob

When I first slid the ZARD Slip-On Exhaust onto my 2025 Harley-Davidson Street Bob, I wasn’t sure what to expect—but I was blown away. Crafted from AISI 304 stainless steel and artfully finished in Cerakote black (though the polished version also looks stunning), it instantly elevates the bike’s look with its compact, sleek design and that classy ZARD steel badge and anodized aluminum end cap. Simply gorgeous.
But the real joy came when I fired it up. The sound is that deep, throaty growl that makes you grin every time you twist the throttle—distinctly ZARD without being obnoxiously loud. Beyond the soundtrack, I actually gained about +3.1 horsepower in the racing version (or +1.9 hp if you go for the Euro 5+ homologated model), and it’s featherlight compared to stock. Both versions require no ECU remapping and were literally plug-and-play
Installation was a breeze—took me around 20 minutes while sipping espresso in my garage. The fit is perfect, and I didn’t notice any awkward fitment issues. Just swapped the parts and rode off—smooth, efficient, and satisfying.

Highlights:

Design: Sleek, minimalist, and undoubtedly high-end Italian craftsmanship.

Performance: Noticeably enhanced power without fiddling with electronics.

Sound: Aggressive yet controlled—ZARD’s signature growl.

Ease of Install: No tuning required; simple, fast, and clean.

A word to fellow riders: if you're looking for that next-level upgrade in style, sound, and performance—and want something that commands attention without going overboard—the ZARD Slip-On is absolutely worth it.
