From the moment I unboxed the ZARD slip‑on for my 2021 Triumph Rocket 3, I knew I was in for something special. Crafted from AISI 304 stainless steel with that sharp carbon-fiber end cap, the attention to detail is unmistakable—and yes, entirely Made in Italy
The weight drop is dramatic: approximately 7 kg lighter on the racing version (and about 6.8 kg lighter for the homologated variant), which shaved a ton off the rear end and made the bike noticeably more nimble. Not only does it look sleeker, but the balance feels re-calibrated—in the best way possible.

Sound-wise, this exhaust sings. At idle, it's a rich rumble; twist the throttle and it builds into a commanding roar. It’s loud enough to announce your presence, without ever feeling obnoxious. Installation was a breeze—straight swap, no tuning needed—and throttle response sharpened up immediately. In the first few miles, the bike just felt more alive
The finishing options—satin or black Cerakote®—let you tailor that aggressive aesthetic, and the fitment is flawless. The exhaust hugs the lines of the Rocket 3 beautifully, crafting an aggressive yet refined profile
If I had one minor gripe, it's that the homogeneity of the exhaust profile might feel a bit much if you're more into a compact look. But honestly, that’s splitting hairs against a package so well-executed in sound, performance, and style.

I recently installed the ZARD Exhaust Slip‑On for my 2022 Triumph Rocket 3, and let me tell you, it’s nothing short of spectacular. From the moment I unpacked it, the build quality impressed me — hand-welded AISI 304 stainless steel, a carbon-fiber end cap, and that impeccable Italian craftsmanship all shine through
Once mounted (which was a smooth bolt-on job, no tuning required), the weight drop was instantly noticeable: nearly 7 kg lighter than the stock system in the racing version, and around 6.8 kg lighter for the homologated version. My Rocket feels more agile, especially in the lower rev ranges.

But it’s the sound that stole the show. The exhaust delivers a deep, muscular rumble at idle and transforms into a commanding roar under throttle — aggressive yet not harsh, always refined. One rider on Reddit nailed it: “best looking and sounding in my opinion” — and I couldn’t agree more
I also appreciated the attention to aesthetics: the sleek satin or black finish options blend seamlessly with the bike’s lines, giving it a clean, purposeful look
Installation was straightforward and tool-free, and I didn't need any ECU tweaks. Throttle response felt crisper right away, and the extra ~2.5 HP bonus (for the racing version) was a small but satisfying perk
If I had one critique, it’s purely cosmetic: the length of the silencer is substantial, and if it were just a bit shorter, the swingarm would pop even more visually. Still, that’s a minor quibble compared to the gains

I finally upgraded my 2022 Triumph Rocket 3 R with the ZARD Exhaust Slip‑On—and it absolutely elevated the bike’s presence. The craftsmanship is undeniable: precision-welded stainless steel with a sleek carbon-fiber end cap, available in satin or black finish. It brings a refined Italian flair that matches the Rocket’s bold aesthetic.
What really blew me away was the sound. At idle, it offers a deep, low rumble. Open the throttle, and it erupts into a commanding roar—thunderous but never intrusive. It’s a tone that commands respect, whether you're cruising or revving through the gears. I also installed it with a quiet DB-killer for those mellow neighborhood rides—it’s just right.
Performance-wise, the difference is subtle but noticeable. ZARD claims about a 2.5 hp gain, and that aligns with what I felt—slightly peppier throttle response and smoother power delivery without touching the ECU.
Plus, there’s a significant weight reduction. The stock exhaust weighs around 12.5 kg, while the ZARD slip-on clocks in at just 5.5 kg—shaving off nearly 7 kg makes the bike feel more agile, especially when leaning into corners.
Minor downside: If you're running OEM panniers, you’ll need to remove them. This exhaust doesn’t play nicely with saddle bags—they might get exposed to hot gases or just not fit cleanly anymore.

I finally took the plunge and installed the ZARD Exhaust Slip‑On for my 2021 Triumph Rocket 3, and wow—what a transformation. Craftsmanship and precision are apparent the moment you lay eyes on it: the stainless body feels featherlight yet rock‑solid, and options like satin or black finishes, plus a carbon‑fiber end cap, give it a distinct Italian flair that truly elevates the bike's presence.
But the real magic happens once you fire it up. That deep, rumbling growl at idle builds into a full‑blown roar when you twist the throttle—powerful and rich, yet never overly aggressive. It’s assertive in just the right way.
On the performance front, I didn’t need to adjust the ECU—installation was effortless, and the gains were immediate. There's noticeable weight reduction compared to the stock system, plus a subtle horsepower boost (around +2.5 hp) and sharper throttle response that make the Rocket feel more alive.
One caveat: if you run OEM panniers, be aware the new slip‑on may clash with them. It’s best served on a Rocket set up for solo riding.
TL;DR: Stylish, lightweight, thrilling sound, and improved performance—all bolt-on, no fuss. If you're looking to unlock the voice your Rocket 3 was built to roar with, the ZARD Slip-On delivers brilliantly.

Unleashes the Monster — Looks and Sounds Incredible

I installed the ZARD Slip-On on my 2021 Triumph Rocket 3 R, and it completely transformed the bike. The Rocket already has insane presence, but this exhaust takes it to another level. First off, the build quality is outstanding — lightweight, beautifully machined, and the fit and finish are flawless.

The sound is what really sold me. Deep, powerful, and commanding without being obnoxious. It gives the Rocket 3 the thunderous voice it deserves — a low rumble at idle and a booming roar when you open it up. You feel it as much as you hear it. It’s the kind of sound that turns heads at every stoplight.

Installation was straightforward, everything bolted right up with no modifications needed. The exhaust is noticeably lighter than stock, and it gives the bike a much cleaner, more aggressive rear profile.

No tune required, though I did notice slightly quicker throttle response. It just feels more alive overall.

If you ride a Rocket 3 and want to match its looks and performance with an exhaust that delivers on every level, ZARD knocked it out of the park with this one.
