When I finally swapped the stock system on my 2022 Scrambler 1200 XE for the ZARD Slip-On, the transformation was immediate. The first thing you notice is the weight drop—from 7.3 kg to just 3.9 kg—shedding a solid 3.4 kg, and the bike feels noticeably more agile in corners and more responsive off the throttle.
Built entirely from stainless steel and available with stainless or carbon-fiber end caps, the finishes—satin, black, or carbon-accented—add that touch of Italian flair and quality to the Scrambler’s rugged silhouette
The sound is simply superb—a deep, aggressive growl that gives the bike real character without crossing into obnoxious territory. It elevates the Scrambler’s street presence and taps into the parallel-twin engine’s soulful tone
Installation was a breeze—straight bolt-on with no ECU or tuning interventions required. And despite the heat nature of high-mounted pipes, riders on forums mention it's “light, great noise and cold to touch after a ride.”
In any riding scenario—urban exploration, winding backroads, or just cruising—this slip-on makes the Scrambler feel more alive. It enhances both performance and aesthetics while offering that rugged soundtrack that matches the bike’s persona flawlessly.

In short: if you're looking to add flair, bark, and nimble feel to your Scrambler, the ZARD Slip-On is a standout upgrade. Five stars from me.

I just installed the ZARD Slip-On on my 2022 Scrambler 1200 XE and I’m absolutely thrilled. The drop from the original 7.3 kg exhaust to a lightweight 3.9 kg unit is outstanding—over 3 kg shed right away, and you feel it the moment you lean into corners
Built entirely of stainless steel, it’s available in a range of stylish finishes—satin, black, or accented with carbon-fiber tips if you’re after that premium race vibe On my bike, the satin stainless stole the show; it looks both rugged and refined.

But the real magic is in the ride. The power and torque improvements are noticeable across the rev range—this thing responds beautifully to throttle inputs anywhere from crawl to highway pace And the sound? Rich, throaty, and just aggressive enough to announce your presence—especially if you go with the “Racing” version that’s louder and adds a satisfying growl
Installation was clean and straightforward—bolt-on fitment, no ECU tweaking needed, and even the baffle/DB-killer is removable (in the Racing variant) if you want to crank it up on track days
Riding through tight urban turns or cruising off-road trails, the bike feels significantly livelier. There’s a crispness in throttle response that the standard exhaust simply didn’t offer. Add in that Italian craftsmanship—it’s clear every weld, finish, and detail was thoughtfully executed.

Overall, if you want more performance, a more engaging sound, and a leaner, better-looking setup for your Scrambler 1200, the ZARD Slip-On hits the sweet spot. Highly recommended for riders who crave both function and flair.

The Zard Slip-Ons are top Quality all around.

The Zard Slip-Ons are excellent all around. The finish is high quality and he sound is lovely. Full, round, with overall volume somewhere in the middle. I have the baffles in and couldn’t be more pleased.

The Upgrade Every Scrambler 1200 Needs

I recently added the ZARD Slip-On to my 2022 Triumph Scrambler 1200 XE, and the difference is phenomenal. Right out of the box, you can tell it's built to a high standard — lightweight, beautifully finished, and the welds are flawless. It feels like a proper performance part, not just a cosmetic upgrade.

The sound is where it really shines. Deep, aggressive, and full of character — exactly what this bike was missing stock. It now sounds like a true off-road beast at idle and roars confidently on acceleration without being obnoxiously loud. It keeps things civilized at cruising speed but lets you know it's ready to play when you twist the throttle.

Installation was straightforward and required no modifications. Fitment was perfect, and everything bolted up cleanly in under an hour.

If you're riding a 2021+ Scrambler 1200 and want to bring out its personality without going full system, this ZARD slip-on is absolutely worth it. It adds power, sound, and soul.
