Elegance Meets Roar — My Ride Finds Its Voice

Finish & Craftsmanship:
I recently treated my 2021 Harley-Davidson Road Glide ST to the ZARD Slip-Ons “4.5 Inches” Exhaust, and the Italian craftsmanship is worth every penny. Each silencer is handmade in Italy from AISI 304 stainless steel and topped off with anodized aluminum end caps and a sleek ZARD nameplate. I opted for the Black Chrome finish, which strikes that perfect balance between stealth and shine. You can also choose from Chrome or Black Cerakote® for different vibes.
Performance & Weight:
I went with the Racing version—it packs a claimed +2.3 hp gain over stock and weighs in at a lean 9.5 kg. The homologated (street-legal) option offers +1.2 hp but is slightly heavier at 9.8 kg.
Installation & Compatibility:
Bolting these on was a breeze—no ECU tuning needed. They’re perfectly engineered for Road Glide ST models from 2017 through 2024, so it’s a seamless fit.
Sound & Feel:
At idle, the bike now emits a deep, commanding rumble that draws appreciative glances. Winding the throttle unleashes a rich, throaty growl that’s powerful but not overpowering—refined yet assertive. The on-road feel backs up the manufacturer’s claims: throttle response is crisp, and mid-range pull feels noticeably stronger.

Artistry Meets Milwaukee Muscle

I installed the ZARD Slip-Ons "4.5 Inches" Exhaust on my 2022 Harley-Davidson Road Glide ST last weekend, and the transformation is nothing short of remarkable.

Craftsmanship & Design: These slip-ons are entirely handcrafted in Italy from AISI 304 stainless steel, with billet anodized aluminum end caps and the iconic ZARD nameplate—luxurious yet rugged. Available in Black Chrome, Chrome, and Black Cerakote, they elevate the bike’s aesthetics to a whole new levelFitment & Installation: Designed specifically for the Road Glide ST (2017–2024), they fit like a dream. No forced alignments or awkward gaps—just seamless integration. I managed to install them in under an hour with basic tools and clear instructions
Performance & Feel: Opting for the Racing version, I gained an estimated +2.3 hp (the homologated variant offers +1.2 hp) And wow—this bike feels reborn. Throttle response is noticeably crisper, power delivery smoother, and every twist of the wrist now brings an immediate, satisfying surge.

Sound: At idle, the engine rumbles with a rich, deep tone that commands attention. Once on the move, it unleashes a throaty growl—imbued with character, never abrasive—that turns every ride into a performance soundtrack. It’s aggressive, refined, and purely addictive.
Weight & Build: The Racing version weighs in at 9.5 kg and the homologated at 9.8 kg—solid yet not burdensome, they feel balanced and grounded on the bike

Craftsmanship Meets Harley Grit – A Ride to Remember

Ever since I fitted the ZARD Slip-Ons “4.5 Inches” Exhaust on my 2020 Harley-Davidson Road Glide ST, my rides have been transformed into full-blown experiences. First off, the craftsmanship is undeniable—from the handcrafted AISI 304 stainless steel body to the anodized aluminum end caps, every detail screams premium quality
The installation took less than an hour and required no special tools—just like I’d read in the product details. The fitment was perfect, bolts aligned seamlessly, and the 4.5-inch diameter gives the rear end a fuller, more aggressive stance without looking over the top
What really blew me away, though, was the sound. At idle, you get a deep, rich rumble that already turns heads. Open the throttle, and it roars with a throaty growl that’s powerful yet refined—just the right balance between presence and comfort. It’s loud, but never jarring
On the performance front, I noticed a smoother throttle response and noticeably sharper pickup. The homologated version claims a +1.2 hp boost, while the racing spec touts a +2.3 hp gain—and while I didn’t dyno it, the on-road feel backs it up
In short: If you're looking to elevate your Road Glide ST’s performance, sound, and aesthetics with a touch of Italian artistry, the ZARD Slip-Ons deliver on all fronts. Riding with these, every journey feels cinematic.
