Zard slip-ons Avio for the Harley-Davidson® Softail Standard exhaust are designed to seamlessly integrate with the various configurations of the Cruiser lineup. 
Made from AISI 304 stainless steel, these slip-ons are characterized by their conical design, visible MIG welds, and a stainless steel end cap with hand-welded flanges. Available in polished stainless steel and matte black Cerakote® finishes.

Zard slip-ons for the Harley-Davidson® Softail Standard are available in racing or Euro 4/5 Homologated version and come with the appropriate dB-Killers.

The slip-ons are lightweight (-4 kg for the racing version and -3,8 kg for the Euro 4/5 Homologatedversion compared to OEM slip-ons) and help to increase performance (+1,5 hp for the racing version and +1 hp for the Euro 4/5 Homologated version), giving the bike the distinctive Zard sound.

I recently installed the ZARD Slip-Ons "Avio" Exhaust on my 2021 Harley Davidson Softail Standard, and the difference it has made is unbelievable. From sound to performance, this exhaust system has completely transformed my bike.

The quality of the ZARD "Avio" Slip-Ons is second to none. The aluminum finish is sleek and modern, giving my Softail Standard a custom, high-end appearance. The exhaust is solidly built and has a premium feel to it. The installation was a breeze—everything fit perfectly, and it took me less than an hour to get the system on and running. The instructions were clear, and the process was painless.

When it comes to performance, I immediately noticed the difference. The throttle response is much smoother, and the bike feels more responsive. It accelerates quicker and feels much more powerful, especially in the mid-range. The engine seems to be breathing more freely, and the improved performance makes the ride much more enjoyable.
