Upgrading my 2023 Kawasaki Z900 with the ZARD Stainless Steel Full Exhaust System has been the best modification I’ve made so far. The system is incredibly well-built—solid stainless steel with precision welds that look just as good as they perform.
Right after installation, I noticed how much lighter it was compared to the stock setup, which made the bike feel more nimble in traffic and on twisty roads. The sound is phenomenal: a deep, aggressive tone that really comes alive when accelerating, but still smooth enough for everyday riding without being overbearing.
Performance gains are real—I feel stronger midrange power and quicker throttle response, which makes the Z900 even more thrilling to ride. Between the sleek design, performance boost, and that addictive exhaust note, this ZARD system is worth every penny.
I recently installed the ZARD Stainless Steel Full Exhaust System on my 2022 Kawasaki Z900, and I couldn’t be happier with the upgrade. From the moment I unboxed it, the craftsmanship was obvious—flawless welds, premium stainless steel, and a design that blends perfectly with the Z900’s aggressive styling.
The installation was surprisingly straightforward, with all parts fitting together precisely without any frustrating adjustments. Once mounted, the weight savings compared to the stock system were immediately noticeable, making the bike feel more agile on the road.
The real magic, though, is in the sound. At idle, the tone is deep and refined, but as you roll on the throttle, it transforms into a crisp, aggressive growl that perfectly matches the Z900’s character. It’s not obnoxiously loud, but it definitely turns heads. Performance-wise, I felt a smoother throttle response and stronger midrange pull, especially when accelerating out of corners.
If you own a Z900 and want to elevate both its performance and presence, this ZARD full exhaust is worth every penny. It strikes the perfect balance between style, sound, and function.
“I recently installed the ZARD Stainless Steel Full Exhaust System on my 2022 Z900 A2 and wow—what an upgrade. It’s a true plug-and-play install with zero ECU remapping required, so the process was smooth and stress-free from start to finish
“The weight difference is phenomenal. Switching from the stock system (11.3 kg) to the racing version (3.9 kg) shaved off a massive 7.4 kg. I could feel the bike’s agility improve immediately—it corners sharper and accelerates more eagerly.”
“In the homologated (Euro 5) version, it still offers impressive savings—4.1 kg overall, meaning a 7.2-kg reduction versus stock. That alone justifies the upgrade if you're after nimble handling without sacrificing compliance.”
“Sound-wise, this exhaust delivers exactly what I'd hoped for. With the dB killer in place, the Euro 5 version hums at a refined 98 dB at 4,750 RPM—loud enough to feel alive, yet considerate for everyday riding. Remove the dB killer for a track-ready growl up to 105 dB—pure adrenaline.
“Aesthetically, the 4-into-2-into-1 stainless steel setup with titanium sleeve and carbon fiber end-cap is a showstopper—clean welds, Italian craftsmanship, and rugged finishes all around. My Z900 hasn’t looked this fierce since day one.
“After fitting the ZARD Stainless Steel Full Exhaust System on my 2021 Z900, I feel like I've given it a heart transplant. Installation was effortless—classic plug-and-play, and I appreciated not having to fiddle with ECU remapping.”
“The transformation in weight is staggering. The racing version of the system weighs only 3.9 kg, compared to the stock system’s 11.3 kg—so that's a jaw-dropping loss of 7.4 kg. The homologated (Euro 5) version is just slightly heavier at 4.1 kg, meaning a still impressive 7.2 kg reduction.”
“Sound-wise, it’s equally striking. With the dB killer installed, the Euro 5 homologated setup delivers a controlled 98 dB at 4,750 RPM—subtle enough for street use. Remove it, and the racing tone roars to 105 dB, fitting for track days or spirited canyon runs.”
“Craftsmanship is top-tier—Italian-made using AISI 304 stainless steel, with a titanium sleeve and carbon fiber end cap. The 4-into-2-into-1 design flows seamlessly with the aggressive Z900 silhouette, and the welds are clean and refined.”
“Ride quality improved drastically: throttle response feels instantaneous, cornering feels lighter, and the bike just feels alive. Days after mounting it, I still can’t stop smiling every time I twist the throttle.”
